My compliments for a limited although tasty selection of Mediterranean dishes during an overnight stay at the Movenpick's "The Sails" restaurant. The best part was a customized pasta where you select the pasta type, the sauce, and the toppings...freshly made. The price was P1200 which wasn't unreasonable given the classiness of the hotel and restaurant.The breakfast buffet was well-appointed but even pricier. Luckily it was included in the price of my stay. There is certainly a very large selection of breakfast items. We booked 70 people more or less for an event. We just noticed how disorganized their procedure can be.They should let guests write their names prior to entering the establishment or whatsoever to avoid any mixed up with other people who are dining there since it's a public restaurant.

We ate 3 different pizzas and maranara and ravioli. It was good but the place is cramped. They don't serve water that isn't bottled. Good for a fast eat.

I was invited by dear Friends for dinner. We had a simple Ceasar Salad, Parma ham, seafood soup, panna cota and few others. Service was excellent. Dining room is well appointed. Parma Ham was sliced to thick which made it too chewy. Overall experience was good.

My local colleague invited us for dinner at this restaurant with a beautiful outdoor setting. The menu is rather limited but I had the 6 hour slow cooked pork neck served on a bed of greens and mashed potatoes. The dish was excellent. Great restaurant in a pleasant surrounding.
