The food was excellent and the atmosphere on a warm summer evening was perfect. Service was extremely friendly but . . .. . . sloppy. We had to wait such a long time to be served, then they forgot the dessert, then they forgot the double espresso. Finally, they offered us a grappa â but forgot to bring it! We arrived in the early evening â by the time we had paid, it had gone dark! Perhaps they should allot the waiters to particular tables, rather than assuming that everybody serves everybody.What a pity. It had started off as a potentially fantastic evening.

The food tonight was excellent our friends had pizza from the wood pizza stove and we had pasta which was freshly made and with a great sauce. The service was super and the food arrived quickly, and the Pils was also cold and refreshing. Finished with very strong Italian espresso, perfect. Will definitely be returning to this restaurant.Diese restaurant war sehr sehr gut.

Ristorante Italia is a Löhr favourite but always better to have the specials or the pasta than the pizza. For some reason I think the pizza performance is because they donât have a proper wood fired oven. But the Calzone is often very good. My spaghetti was fantastic tonight.
