The Barro's Pizza recipe comes from Grandma Angelina Barro who came from Italy in the 1930's, providing a pizza unlike any other. People may disagree on whether it's the thick crust with its light, flakey texture, which almost melts in your mouth, or the
I don't know about other locations but this one was excellent and reasonably priced. I ordered a medium specialty "meat" pizza with original crust and it was a excellent pizza regardless of price. I would recommend this place to anyone- in fact a cashier at a local store told me about Barro's , she told me to get the wings...... maybe next time.

After reading the reviews about the facility I thought I would order a pizza and bring it home. The prevented the 1 hour wait for delivery and kept me from sitting in the so called broken booths and using the supposed dirty bathroom. The pizza was good, good enough that I will order again. I didn't try the wings but saw 5 different people come in solo and order the wings to-go. I will give the wings a try next time.

I've been thinking about this place since I drove by a few weeks ago, so this was my choice for January 1st. I was welcomed, seated and service was great and fast. I had the most delicious Sausage Penne with their bread, it was a huge serving and very good leftover. I decided to have their lemon cake, perfect ending to a pleasant lunch on the 1st day of 2019. I would recommend this place over 75% of the others nearby, try it !

Always a good place to go and get a great menu but the staff always makes it. The bar staff especially. Always friendly. On their game. Know what they are doing. The retro decorating is a nice throw back as well. There is a reason they are always busy.

Went there tonight for the first time on a recommendation from an old friend who I trust to steer me right. Mom ordered an Eggplant Parm Sammy and I had the Fettuccine Carbonara (The call it the House Fettuccine). Sammy was good, eggplant cooked just right but far too big for moms little appetite. My dish was truly outstanding. I ordered a House Salad with their Home made Blue Cheese and it was nice, a bit sparse on the add-on items but fresh greens and great dressing. The Fettuccine was cooked properly and the dish was loaded with Bacon, Peas, Mushrooms and a wonderful cream sauce. For dessert, I opt'd for the bread pudding with their Bourbon Sauce and loaded with Raisins and Cinnamon and cooked in a Custard sauce. D A M N ! ! ! That was the hit of the party!! Amazing! I forced myself to eat far more than I should have and took the remainder home for later. It was huge and beyond delicious. The other thing that made the meal great was our server, Heidi. She was animated, friendly and good at what she was paid to do. If you go, please ask for her as your server!! The bottom line is this: We will be back!!

We are 'regulars' for the 'Unlimited Soup and Salad' lunch that Olive Garden restaurants offer - no matter where we are. Our lunch is Goodyear, Az, was delicious and our server (Birdie) was especially good. The restaurant was busy but the wait time went by quickly.

We passed by this place and could not pass up the smell of wood-fired pizza pouring out of it. The space is upscale and very comfortable but the food is the real star here. The pizza is just fantastic and they typically have a special pizza every day. The last one we had was the jalapeno and bacon, amazing. Be aware that these are thin crust pizzas and come out very hot!

My favorite dish is grilled lamb chops. This past Saturday my wife and I visited Dino's and I had the best lamb chops I have ever had. They were juicy, meaty and perfectly done. I told the waitress to give my compliments to the chef. My wife had the lamb souvlaki which was also excellent.Service and atmosphere was very good. Prices were reasonable. Will be returning.Thank you so much for the review! Weâre glad you enjoyed the lamb chops and we look forward to seeing you again :).

Been here a few times now. Favorite for true authentic Italian dishes made all super fresh. It is not a big place. They do have table cloths and nice ambiance, all tables and another room for bigger groups too. They have a service bar so it is not a sit down bar area, however, they have a very good stock of many wines and spirits. We love when the chef greets us when we walk in. Like I said it is a small place and you can see him cooking away when you walk in. He always has time to greet you. Staff is good, they are prompt but also give you space. Love the very freshly made bread, yes he does make it himself. The garlic rolls are absolutely to die for, and so is the garlic bread. But do leave room for a really great meal. The menu is full of appetizers, many Italian specialties and he also created daily specials, today it was lamb, stuffed trout and ravioli. They do not make pizza here this is a step up.Love the appetizer Involtini which is super fresh eggplant slices with goat cheese in the middle, pine nuts, evo and a wonderful marinara crem sauce. Also had the stuffed trout which had ricotta and parmesan and spices and fresh vegetables. Also had the veal salsa saltimbocca. Super tender veal slices with lots of mushroom and great marsal;a sauce with very fresh vegetables . Entrees came with salad which is fresh greens and choice of dressing or choice of soup which is minestrone or the famous white clam chowder. Love the minestrone super fresh veggies, however I only had 2 little pieces of spaghetti noodles in the bowl, could use more noodles. The portions are large. Since we were celebrating an anniversary we were shown the dessert tray which has a good selection of freshly homemade, lots of cake, cheesecakes went with the very special made tiramisu. Perfectly soaked and good balance of cream and flavor. You just can't go wrong here. The value is really good for all the food you do get and you probably will be taking a bag home. This is a bit upscale from the usual chain places, this is the real thing. And a nice occasion place too. Good parking in a strip area. They do have special Sunday 4 course wine dinners. Not sure if they serve lunch. You can make a reservation.

Have been here before several times year round and it was very nicely upgraded. Many many years here, still looks the same. Nice outdoor patio area. Noticed no specials listed on the outside board, always had some. Menu now a laminate type has many items to choose from, pastas, veal, chicken, salads, soups. Noticed the prices went up pretty well. But of course isn't everything. We figured lets see if the price increase has changed the amount of food at all. It did in fact, less food on the plate.Pasta is a low price item so kind of shocked to see this. We had the Veal parmigiana, was just ok, and a mini size of pasta on the plate. Had to order a small house salad on the side, they do not give the salad or soup with the meal anymore. The owner sits at the front door. Another lady took us to a table that was right by a larger group that was talking very loud and taking over the whole room, so she was nice enough to fill our request to move us to the other side of the restaurant and was much better. We for sure have noticed changes, with no specials, no salad or soup with meal, small water glasses, they bring you a plain bottle jug thing with house water to fill yourself, only brings enough bread for per person at the table, have to ask, smaller portions higher prices, waiter was ok, never came by to ask how everything was, he shrugged when we asked him about specials. Manager lady walked by but never stopped at our table, Maybe we are not regular enough. Not sure about returning, we gave it a try after not going for a bit.
