Whilst staying in a nearby motel recently we ordered a take away âBubba Specialâ Pizza for lunch.Our order was taken promptly by friendly staff and we were told it would take @15 mins so we did a little shopping and came back. The pizza was ready waiting for us when we returned. Pizza was nice and hot and pretty tasty â just right for lunch on a cool day in Lilydale.Wouldnât say it was necessarily the best pizza we have ever tasted, but it was quite nice and at @ $10 for a large pizza you couldnât beat it for value for money.Would come here again for lunch if in the area and recommend it to others.

It's a shame....... in the past I have always enjoyed a visit to La Porchetta Lilydale, in fact I have been there lots and lots of times. The last 3 times have not been nice, YES why go 3 times, I know, I know..... but I just couldn't understand WHY it had gone to the dogs and kept giving it another chance, poor service, poor food, inattentive wait staff, I am really disappointed with it, suffice to say I will never return, as will not the 10 people I lasted attended with, orders were wrong, food was returned as almost inedible, food was late for some of us, give it a miss - perhaps I should give it another go in a few months?
