For years, I have seen people rave about this place. Finally tried it out and wow. One of the best pizzas I have ever tried. The Shotsy is a great mix of flavors and the mustard sauce suits it perfectly. Itâs a bit different as you order it yourself at the counter and get it when ready. Not a big deal. You can even watch them make your pizza. Truly a jewel in the Lewis Clark Valley.

Tomato Brothers does a very good job preparing various Italian dishes and are reasonably priced. The ambiance inside the Restaurant is âOld Italian Family Styleâ décor with lots of culinary artifacts hanging on the walls and shelves. I enjoyed a serving of PUTTANESCA which consisted of Angel hair pasta with kalamata olives, anchovies, capers, olive oil, garlic, onions, oregano, red pepper flakes & fire roasted tomatoes. ($12.95) and I added sautéed calamari rings ($2.50). My wife enjoyed her dish GREEK PASTA consisting of Fettuccini pasta, bay scallops. shrimp, mushrooms, Kalamata olives, tossed in lemon garlic cream sauce and topped with myzithra cheese ($12.95). Everything was delicious! BTW: I was impressed with their extensive wine list listing many Northwest Wineries.

We had lunch delivered to work and everything tasted great. I had the Chicken Thai Wrap and it was great. We have had other sandwiches there in the past and it has always been good. I will have to go to restaurant next time I'm in town.

After a few days in the back country, we were hungry for salads. And boy, this salad bar was just the ticket, so many choices, ice cold plates, ice cold foods and very reasonably priced! Plus, their wine prices...I got a glass (utility) for 5.00!!! We'll be back!
My husband and I were out on a date night and decided to try this newer restaurant in town. We arrived around 5:45 p.m. on a Friday evening and were easily seated at a table close to the kitchen viewing area. The atmosphere was casual and decor with an Italian theme was easy on the eyes. We enjoyed perusing the menu and selected two different 11 inch pizzas and two glasses of wine(at 5-7 happy hour prices) while we waited for the food. The restaurant was semi-busy(not all tables filled) and the wait time for our pizzas ran at 35 minutes which was not an issue for us because we were relaxing with our wonderful choices of wine and viewing the meal preparation being completed in the kitchen. Once the pizzas arrived, I took my first bite, and I was amazed with the taste. The menu states the flour and tomatoes are imported from Italy and are baked in a special brick oven. Wonderful! I cannot have cheese, but it did not matter on my meat combination pizza. I was also pleased that the pizza was not soaked in a tomato sauce, which let the exceptional dough flavor shine through. My husband had a mozzarella, basil, cheese pizza and he was very happy. We actually took home half of each pizza, too. More to enjoy twice! We can't wait to go again and try other items on the menu.
