Lunch menu disappointing with very average food and not well presented. Itâs a shame because of you go off menu and have a pizza, they are delicious.Lunch menus are really important to local restaurants in this area and I think they are missing a trick here because lots of people will get the wrong impression of what is an ok restaurant.Only other comment is that Iâve been in this restaurant 3 times and the girl serving had a very bad body odour every time. You could see people talking about it. Manager was very nice but itâs a difficult thing to bring up on site. He really needs to talk to her because it would put many people off going back.

Very good pizzas and it seems to be about the only Pizza place in Torreveija that offers a gluten free Pizza. They also offer sit down eating, but we didn't avail of it this time. When we called in they were just about to close but still made the effort to prepare our food.

We visited this restaurant twice whilst on holiday recently. The staff are lovely and so welcoming especially the blonde lady! The food was really nice, vegetarian pizza was delicious. My âbutâ relates to our second visit, we had the â3 courses for £11â deal, the portions were very very small, I would have thought as part of a deal the food sizes would have been the same but no theyâre much smaller, felt a bit conned by this. That said otherwise itâs a fab place. Thankyou for your comments. to explain the portion sizes of the menu de la noche... this menu is designed for customers who find our a la carte portions too big . we had various requests for a 3 course menu with slightly smaller portions. we suggest on your next visit go on the a la carte menu so you wont be disappointed.

Donât really know why this is the first time, but definitely wonât be the last. Very nice dishes, large menu, pizza style stuff made on view and very tasty it is too. For me all the courses are a little bit on the large side, but then again the sautéed mushroom was divine, seasoned to the limit, and really a main dish in itself. I feel the calimari main course and the the prawn pasta are just a bit large, not a lover of dessert but honestly had no room left, sorry, anyway a lovely restaurant with in general happy staff who seem to enjoy their job, canât wait to come back with the family and sit outside and have a real good sharing feast

Have walked past this restaurant many times over several years and itâs always been busy. Tonight we were early and decided to give it a try. We werenât disappointed. Two of us opted for the special pasta with entrecôte and asparagus, one had the chicken curry and the other, ribs with the softest potatoes. Service was professional and welcoming and we were made to feel as though nothing was too much trouble. Prices were very reasonable and the food delicious. We will be back on our next visit. Molto bene e grazie mille!

I was looking for a right place to have my birthday party and went to Il Mondo to discuss with Roberto for the arrangements.The place is good size for 30-60 people, could be even more.To put together the menu, was easy, later we had a test menu to see all through,to test the wines and plan the seating.The co-operation with the restaurant was fluent, straightforward and prompt.We had our own music with piano and singers, which was no problem and alsoRoberto had arranged two singers to the party, which was great for the atmosphere.Food was really tasty, serving was quick and everything went smoothly.Even the cost was very reasonable.Birthday cake was their speciality, must be 1.5m long..... and so good!Excellent place to have a private party with nice views to the sea and lots of light.Easy to recommend to the whole world - Il Mondo, as it is.Merci de nous avoir fait confiance et au plaisir de vous accueillir à nouveaux chez nous .

Finally first place in La Mata, which is specializing in one type of kitchen - Italian. Tasty food, good quality and fresh ingredients. Good service. Interior design different than in any other place here. Nice music. Clean place including tables on the beach in sand- this is unique in La Mata as well. Truly recommend eating here - in every other place you can eat pasta, pizza, hamburger, calamari but everything taste the same - just food for tourist. Here in Il Bacio itâs different- worth to try and you will come back here!

Strolling along the Marina we noticed it, looked very clean with well dressed waiting staff.Fantastic food and service, well priced wines and champagne.Excellent in every way and not overly expensive for what you got.The house turbot was lovely and a beautiful Albariño to match .Thank you very much for the comment 567sheilam. A real find. Truly scrumptious Italian food that is definitely not mass produced. Burata salad to start, pastas, perfect pizzas and brilliant Italian wine. If you are in La Mata you must visit. Get off the âbeachfrontâ and explore the proper restaurants.

Went with my parents and the family. Service was fab, I had a tandoori mixed grill that was really tasty. Everything about it was spot on. Hope to try one of their Thai curries before we go home. We sat looking out over the beach and sea, well worth a visit if youâre in the area.The lollies and shots went down well at the end.
