Life in Krk City is busy and touristic in July but this restaurants stays authentic in some way. We had a lovely seafood tartar as a starter, tuna steak and a fantastic seafood platter(cooked in a tasteful sauce) for 2. Itâs not cheap but worth every penny if you are looking for quality in this tourist town. Recommended!

Happened to be in the town around lunchtime and decided to walk away from the noisy waterfront eateries. Had bought a gelato from Katarina earlier in the day so headed back here. What a surprise when you walk through the small dark street side eating area and out the back into a small light covered courtyard. Local wine was cheap and quite acceptable, mixed meat platter was huge . Staff were attentive and professional.. paid by card but I got the impression they would rather have had cash either in Kuna or Euro.. I will be more prepared next time .. would definitely return.

Situated at the beginning of krk, this pub restaurant is very good.Fast service... Waitress speaks English and German... Probably Italian too.Very nice draft beer.

When the evening crowds become too hectic on the Krk waterfront Maritim offers a more relaxed terace a few steps from the bus station. It is also a popular lunch spot for locals and out of towners, who can park their cars in front or get take away. Pizzas baked in a huge owen are served as large as to cater for a whole family. The green tagliatelle with gamberi is also excellent. This was my new local residence for a week and I enjoyed breakfast on the terrace in sunshine.

Pizzeria in historical city walls, right by the cathedral, beautiful park with a fantastic sea view. We serve 20-ish different pizzas, but you can also enjoy in Illy coffee, wine and beers.

We decided to step away from the touristy crowded restaurants and take a 15 minutes uphill walk to Galiya to enjoy a quieter lunch.The place was nice and the staff were friendly.We had the shrimps pizza and the seafood spaghetti, both were very good.

very friendly staff and nice meals, would give it a 5star rating if it wasn't for the fact that they dont allow payments with cards and you don't know this right until you bill comes! then you have to run to ATM... Will definitely go back
