Kolomyja, Polish: Kołomyja, Russian: Коломыя, German: Kolomea, Romanian: Colomeea, Yiddish: קאלאמיי‬‎), is a city located on the Prut River in the Ivano-Frankivsk Oblast (province), in western Ukraine. It is administratively incorporated as a town of oblast significance and serves as the administrative centre of the surrounding Kolomyia Raion (district), which it is administratively not a part of. The city rests approximately halfway between Ivano-Frankivsk and Chernivtsi, in the centre of the historical region of Pokuttya, with which it shares much of its history. The population is 61,210 (2016 est.).

This place is one of the best to eat and spend evening drinking coffee with your friends. Personal is pleasant and accurate. Except main floor there's also basement with a few rooms and tables there. It's comfortable to reserve one of the room for your company, as we did to celebrate friend's b-day.

This restaurant is frequented by the young of the area it seems. We were dissuaded from ordering certain foods because âthey take too long to prepareâ. Not sure what that means since we. Waited more than 45 minutes for our food, and some stuff never e en came. Our server Roman had an â I donât care attitudeâ and was extremely cocky. We deducted what was not brought but ordered from our final. Bill and did not leave a tip.I would not return here. The town is dumpy with not much to see but is en route to the Carpathian Mountains. If I had to do this. Over, Iâd drive thee tea few hours and stay in the Carpathians.

Restaurant has great food but a small menu. I really enjoy the raviolis. They have fresh juice. It's clean and the service is always good. Great Cafe
