The municipality comprises the towns of Heist-aan-Zee, Knokke, Duinbergen, Ramskapelle and Westkapelle. On January 1, 2006 Knokke-Heist had a total population of 34,063. The total area is 56.44 km² which gives a population density of 603 inhabitants per km². Knokke-Heist is located along the North Sea in a polder area on the Belgian border with the Netherlands. It is Belgium’s best-known and most affluent seaside resort.

This Italian restaurant was wel knowed when in Brussels close to "Place Meiser" where we have been often because more than satisfied,the owner Sasa and his chief decided to move to Knokke and whe visited them when in the region.We where amaised that the classy style of food has been lowered to a spagetti bolognese etc. level neverteless some classics of the restaurant are stil available buth served with less culinary love than before.Also the cleanes of the interior could be better.Wil return by sympaty for the owner and the chef buth no more for the delicious platters of the past.

A real italian mama in the kitchen with her son,dad and daughter in law in the restaurant .Try the steak foirentina ,the real thing .Very tastefull meat with potatoes al rosmarino ,yummie .Lunch is price quality very interesting .Everybody very friendly and well educated.Fine selection of wines .During winter we find it not so nice to sit in the veranda ,try and get a table in the restaurant itself.

We went for lunch, and chose the interesting lunh menu. Food is good without trying to be exceptional. Price and value are reasonable. Athmosphere is average.The Sabayon for desert is prepared at the table. Not only is this a 'show' element, it also tastes delicious!

Small little new italian style restaurant in Knokke-HeistStarted of with lovely topped BruschettaFollowed by home made pasta and fresh scallops.Tough choice between l'Osso Bucco e Risotto or Tagliata de ManzoBoth are soo recommended !Soon home made limoncello ! Nice interior, friendly people (except for one waitres - but that was compensated by the rest of the crew), delicious food. We had truffle raviolis - there were planty of real truffle shavings as a decoration, so not just some artificial flavor! Highly recommended.Children under 12 can eat all dishes at a reduced size and price.Lunch menu can only be paid cash!

Warm welcome, superbe cuisine and very cozy. Trendy and propably best in Knokke. This place does not just serve pasta but an artistic repertoire of the Italian kitchen.
