We are here on vacation, and this was our first full night here. Stormy weather made us decide to stay in and have delivery. I called Southern Shores Puzza around 6:30 on Friday eve. The girl that took the order was very pleasant and thorough. We ordered a small puzza with onions and pepperoni and a cheese steak sub. The pizza was excellent, good flavor, nicely cooked, the edges just a little doughy. The sub was perfect size, tender meat and a nice balance of bread vs, meat. Onion rings were excellent too! The delivery guy was very nice, I felt bad because he stepped in a huge puddle at the base of our stairs from all the rain, it didnât cramp his cheerful spirit. We will definitely go/delivery with them and I recommend you too!!

We stopped in for dinner and were extremely impressed! Our waiter was amazing! He was really on top of our refills and checking on us to ensure we were okay. All of the items we ordered were delicious! We had mozzarella sticks, salads, wings, pizza and subs. The Italian sub was so good! Deducted one star because there was a bit of a wait time and the food didnât come out all together. This restaurant definitely has a lot of potential if the wait time is managed better.

First night in OBX after a busy day. We didn't want to go out and thought of ordering pizza delivery. Looked to see what was close and lo and behold - Sal's NY Pizza was about 300 yards away. No brainer. We walked over and ordered a pizza pie. Everyone was friendly and felt like a neighbourhood hangout. Took the pizza back to the motel and it was so yummy! Just like I used to have growing up in NYC and hadn't had in a long time. Then we went Best ever cheesecake says my husband and the mini cannoli were very good. In fact, on Saturaday night after a very nice dinner somewhere else we decided that we wanted dessert from Sal's. So back we went for a third time to Sal's for cheesecake and cannoli. You just can't beat it. Great value, great pizza and subs, and delish desserts. I miss it already.

This place has a very boring and unexciting atmosphere. It needs to be completely overhauled for a new atmosphere. The service was rather good. The pizza was quite tasty. We got three toppings and wine and beer. All was good quality, but again this place has no atmosphere. I think if the atmosphere were more interesting and exciting this place would get a very good rating from me. Prices are very high for pizza considering good pizza can be found for a lot less money.

Breakfast ~ Lunch ~ Dinner ~ Drinks Italian ~ Seafood ~ Steaks PIRATE BAR OPEN ALL DAY! (Restaurant Hours may Vary During Off Season)
We have been here before for dinner, came this time for breakfast. Pretty typical options, and most was pretty good. The hot cake (pancake) had a strange texture and taste, not really to our liking. The waffle was good though

Got their dare devil pizza. Lots of toppings. Pretty good flavor. Would have preferred a bit more spice in the sauce but that is a personal desire. Pizza was ready fast and decent flavor. A tad on the expensive side but good.

Very dark inside. Close quarters, but cute restaurant. I had the spaghetti with meatblalls and sausage. The sauce was good. The pasta average. Meatballs quite good and the sausage, not really my thing, but not bad. I'd order again. They give WAY too much food. My kid had pasta with butter and parm. It was soaking in butter. We had the server drain about a cup from his plate. But, he enjoyed it.Wife had eggplant parm. It was a surprise. It was a like a whole eggplant stuffed with cheese or something. It was good, just not your typical eggplant parm.I recall the bread being good as well.

Chicago pepperoni is the best. Fast service and great food. Freezing inside so bring a jacket or get it to go Staff always seems angry at the world. Neither of them smiled at all. Been here a lot and they always seem negative Pizza is great
