I have to write this do to an uncaring Manager Friday 1/18/19 at 4:04 PM. I dined at Luigi's on Saturday and had Stuffed Manicotti (mixed Cheese & Meat) Everything was OK except the cheese ones were very flat. I returned to Luigi's again on Tuesday 1/15/19 (I had other dining plans but the weather was becoming inclement).. I ordered Tortellini (mixed) and meatballs. I began eating a meatball it was BARELY WARM. a I I repeatedly bit into gristle and then I bit down on a small bone on my tooth molar. I hope I did not crack my tooth. I spit these ''bits'' on to my plate. My server came and asked how my meal was. I replied''I am not happy with this entree". She asked me ''what else can I get you''. I choose the Stuffed Shells (mixed). The meat ones came looking like overstuffed Ravioli and the cheese ones came VERY FLAT. I left at 5PM. At 10PM I began to repeatedly having to gulp. I am going to VOMIT. I began to VOMIT AND HAVE DIARRHEA FROM 10:30 PM-2:30 AM. Wednesday I was recuperating and stayed in bed till later in the afternoon. My rib muscles were sore from VOMITING. I called Luigi's on Thursday after 4PM I asked to talk to a Manager and was told to call on Friday. On Friday at 4:04 PM I called. I asked to talk to a Manager. I told the Manager what had happened to me on Tuesday and he said he was ''sorry, but what do you want me to do about it"? I told him I have grown up on 40th Ave and 77th St. and that " I had been a LOYAL CUSTOMER SINCE 1963 and that I wanted to make him aware of the problem''. He told me he would ''be checking the temperature of the meatballs'' and that ''it was been THREE DAYS AND I SHOULD HAVE CALLED SOONER" really..........I write this horrible review do to the ''unsympathetic' Manager On Duty Friday 1/18/19 at 4:04 PM.P.S. Your Heating/Air Conditioner Vents on the ceiling and Southeast Wall (of the Main Dining Room) ARE THICK........ WITH DUST and dirt.

Stella's Casa Capri Provides Authentic Italian Cuisine, Pizza, Pasta, Seafood, Steaks, Veal & More to Kenosha, WI and Surrounding Areas.
Quick summary: good food, but the veal marsala was disappointing this time. Stick with the pastas, lasagna, chicken, and pizzas. Moderate prices for the quality. Friendly, professional service.Wide menu of Italian favorites: pizzas, pasta, chicken, veal, and also with some sandwiches. I've been here a few times, including for the veal marsala, which I love but is harder and harder to find. I've liked it in the past, but this time the breading seemed a little heavier and was almost soggy - maybe the saute heat wasn't high enough. The menu said that it comes with mushrooms and peppers in the sauce, but there wasn't a pepper to be seen on the plate. This main (and others) are about in the mid-to-high $20's, and some with soup of the day and small green salad, and a nice bread basket. I generous pour of a nice chianti goes for $9 a glass.Friendly, professional service. Wisconsin supper club atmosphere on the dark side. There is also a bar-lounge area, but not set up to serve dinner. So, I'll probably be back, but will focus on the pasta dishes. It was sad to see a downturn in the veal preparation.

I agree with an earlier post. This pizza is way too unpredictable. Got a large pizza last night that ranks right up there with one of the worst I've seen. WAY TOO MUCH CHEESE! And greasy cheese. The crust was so soggy that it was like a soaked sponge. The mushrooms were almost void of being a part of the pie. I've had a half dozen pizza from there the past year, MAYBE one was good. I'm not sure what happened, but there certainly has been a change. I will not go back. This was a take-out pizza.Thank you for your feedback. It's never fun to hear this about your life's work, but we will absolutely learn from this and make things better. Obviously, everyone has different preferences. Some people like it more cooked than others. Some people like their pizza cooked lightly. That is why we have the ability to cook to your satisfaction. Just let us know how you like it and it's not problem at all. Some people like a lot of cheese, some like a little. Again, just let us know that you like it with lite cheese and we are happy to do so. I like a coffee at a popular chain. I know that their white mocha is too sweet for me, so I just let them know to put one less pump of syrup in it. There is nothing wrong with their recipe, I just prefer it less sweet. That's the beauty of customization. We would've loved to know about any frustration you previously had sooner so that we could've addressed it. If you could email me at [email protected] with your information, I am more than happy to make it right.

We ordered meatballs and fried chicken for our son's graduation party (to compliment other food we prepared) Excellent food at a good price. Our guests enjoyed it. They serve wonderful Italian dishes for large groups. Also, Infusino's has been very generous with our school and scouting group events over the years. They are great in our community and earn their business the right way.
We love to stop in here for a date night with friends on various occassions, to get cocktails, pizzas, and salads! It never fails all of us for friendly and fast service even when we experience this place apart from our usual visits! Nice place with good family atmosphere and pretty clean at that!

We LOVE this place! Everything is excellent! We love their meatlovers or Italian beef pizzas. The pizza turnovers are a favorite, as they are FULL of wonderful ingredients and the sauce is amazing. More recently, we've found the meatballs to also be amazing. Be sure to order the Italian salad with the dressing, which is loaded with vegetables and meats. Kathy and Sal are always so helpful.

Went to Villa D' Carlo for dinner. Seated in 5 minutes, waitress came quickly, took our orders, then rarely seen until meals came out 90 minutes later, no apology or explanation. The meals were very good, I ordered the Lobster Ravioli special($17.95) which had lots of lobster in ravioli, creamy white sauce. Another ordered Ravioli in meat sauce and it was tasty too. Then the following night, called in "To Go" pizza order of 2 medium pizza's, said be ready in 30 minutes, arrived and waited and waited. Finally asked about order, it had been lost. Very lousy service, but the pizza's were very tasty.

Amazing pizza, calzones, and Renzo fries (deep fried pizza dough sticks with marinara sauce)! Renzo's has been a family favorite for 2 generations. Our children grew up going there for pizza on Friday nights and now take their spouses there. Rosie would always bring Popsicles out for the children after dinner and she still recognizes them when they come as adults. We have large family dinners there and always get great service and delicious food! I highly recommend Renzo's for casual dining. TIP: Bring cash because they don't take cards.

Locally owned & operated by Chef Theresa Ianni Robinson along with her father Guglielmo serving you the finest Northern Italian cuisine!
We were with a small group of about 20 celebrating an engagement. We were seated in a back room that was not private, with a small partition between our group and the other diners in the room. Our seating arrangement was VERY cozy, but luckily we were mostly family. The service was attentive, although bread was put on the table without bread plates which led to community dipping in the garlic and oil. I ordered the lasagna which was good and my husband had the rigatoni with Bolognese sauce. The sausage in this dish was described as spicy, but we didn't find much flavor to this dish. The pasta was cooked perfectly in both dishes. I would definitely return to try other menu items.
