I have been to this business lounge in Cape Town, durban and in Johannesburg and they have been consistently poor. The food is generally over cooked and tasteless. Even if these lounges operated on low budgets, food quality should not be an issue. The service generally poor as well. If it was not a benefit of the bank I am with, I would not even pay R50 for and this says a lot. I recently took my daugther and she was so looking forward and to experiencing a business lounge for the first time and she was so disappointed. I am sure that with better TLC management, the quality would improve and the overall experience would be far better as with what one expects from a luxury such as an airport business lounge Hi 942ravin, thank you for your feedback. Words cannot adequately express how satisfied we were with our company event that we held at this stunning venue. The hosting, the service, the ambience and above all, the food were absolutely fantastic. The attention to our requests, the quality of the service and the obvious passion that the owners have for their vision all combine to make this somewhat difficult to find location the perfect spot for your birthday, wedding, company function or reunion.I cannot recommend them highly enough.Well done.

Navigators is our once a week pizza place! The staff and management are always friendly and accommodating. The pizza is always lovely and reasonably priced.The bread sticks and chilli dip are a nice touch.

I normally love Panarottis but at the moment I'm keeping away because of the lack of good service in 3 different Panarottis lately. I have asked for pasta without peppers as it makes me sick and the drinks was not like we ordered it. The waitress brought the pasta with peppers and when I asked her to take it back and make it without, she just went back and told them to scratch it out....the manager was helpfull and the owner later phoned but I don' t understand how staff can be allowed to do this to customers?Dear Eeyore714,Thank you for your rating, however based on your review we are so sorry to hear about the poor service you experienced.
