The dark lager was really, really nice. The food was just average as was the service. Go for a beer and lget dinner elsewhere.
The stylish Cafe & Restaurant Kovarna is just two years old and offers a wide range of delicious meals, made only from quality products. Enjoy long summer evenings around a fire on our outside terrace, while sipping on a cold drink, brought to you by our
It was ok. The food is nice but not amazing, the dumplings were pretty average. Salmon and steak nice ... just nothing to be too excited about or come back for and the prices are definitely at the higher end.

The hotel/restaurant is situated in the very heart of Pec pod Snezkou and on a warm day it offers tables outside as well - if you are cold in the evening, they offer you a blanket not to shiver with cold. The menu was not much extensive but you will definitely choose something at reasonable prices. I appreciated the young helpful wait staff and the rose wine and ginger tea they offer.

A full day in the mountains gets you hungry easily. Just nod to chef and the crunchiest and guaranteed most Italian pizza in KrkonoÅ¡e is on its way to your table! You can watch it being prepared in the wood-burning oven thatâs part of the restaurant.
I've worked in hotels for years and chata Hradecanka knows how hospitality is done. It's been professionally redesigned and rebuilt to the highest standard in Krkonose I know of.The team is welcoming, professional and fun.The cuisine is Italian-inspired, tasty and cooked from local ingredients where possible. The bar is well stocked with a high range spirits, refreshing local beers and even a three-colours tea!Rooms are simply perfect - tastefully designed, cosy and overlooking either the picturesque valley or the piste that is right behind the chalet.During my stay the team was also opening the new Mamut Skibar behind the chalet and I really enjoyed the opening talk by Marek Holecek, the known Czech mountaineer who's now a patron of the bar too.At a price between 1200-1500 CZK/night including breakfast I am trying really hard to find something to critique and will definitely be back - even if just for a dinner trip from Prague - this place is magical!
We have been there twice during our stay. First time we have ordered pizza and pasta with shrimps. We were a bit confused when pasta plate arrived with small amount of pasta and literally speaking 3 pieces of shrimps . Price of this dish â 225k. I thought it was a mistake or they forgot about the rest of shrimps, well, not really, next time we went there, I have asked about the amount of the shrimps in the dish. Waiter confirmed that 3 is the right amount, when we said that it is very little, he said: no problem we can add 2 more , of course he did not mention about the price. What was our surprise when the bill arrived with a price of a dish valued 607.50 for two plates. It means that 1 additional shrimp was valued around 40k. Pretty much I would say. All in all, food was very tasty but value for money? For sure not.

Great restaurant with wide range of pizzas to choose from - they are delicious! We chose KrakonoÅ¡ pizza (with salami, bacon, onion) and Formaggi con Panna (cheese pizza on white cream base). The creamy garlic souo was smooth and thick - also very nice! The dessert - ice creams are home-made, very fresh and tasty too! The place is very nice with friendly staff, Iâm glad we stopped here. Thank sou for this lovely experience!

The food is good however don't expect meals cooked by a real Italian chef. The portions are huge and therefore they always propose doggy bags...The service was fast (but the restaurant was half empty). In a nutshell don't hesitate to get in when you're hungry after a day of hiking (or skiing). The dining room is dark. Free wifi. No credit card.
