Went here for lunch and were the first customers and they disappointed!!!! Place could use some cleaning!!!! Both of us having been in food service, noticed restaurant was dirty for being the first customers of the day!!!! It just shows the night crew didn't do their jobs!!!! Floor looked like it was mopped with a dirty mop!!! Floor around us was not vacuumed,and table was set dirty! Not going to be my first choice when back in the area!!!

We were so glad to see IH upgrade and move into this location "next door" some years back when the Hardee's closed. This is a great go-to place for an inexpensive and tasty family meal. The sandwiches are good too and very nice sized.

my wife and I were looking for a pizzeria in our new neighborhood. we stopped in with great expectations. We ordered a 12" pizza with Sausage, mushroom, spinach (they use canned spinach) and 1/2 anchovy. After a full half hour they brought our pizza as ordered but also with pepperoni. I dislike pepperoni and my wife hates them. their remedy to their mess up was to offer to remake the pizza in a smaller size. When my wife decided she did not want to wait another half hour declined the offer. their next remedy was to take $4 off the bill for a pizza neither of us liked. We went home and she put in a frozen pizza that tasted better than the one we ordered from Jim's Pizzeria. I can't at this time recommend the pizza because ours was bad and their customer service was worse.

ordered up two 16" pizzas. Initially ask for the large 21" pizzas but the staff cared enough to steer us away from the 21" concerned about the amount of extra, left-over pizza considerate of our group size. Ordered one "works pizza" which had lots of ingredients including freshly prepared, thick bacon strips. Excellent pizza. Will go back in the future.

I am from Chicago. The land of pizza. This place had maybe the best pizza I have had outside of Chicago. What was interesting is the dining area was closed because they were short handed, but you could sit if you did not mind waiting for long times. That is why the service is rated low, but if they hire someone, it may be much better.

Growing up in Janesville involves dining at Italian House. I would not classify it as authentic italian cuisine. But it is one of my favorites to get cheese ravioli and cheese garlic bread. I grew up frequenting the establishment before it was in the building that its currently in. My parents would often bring home the family feast for dinner, as I do now. The gondolas are delicious and I even cut them up and send them in my son's lunch for school.

Came for an early evening weekend dinner. Waitress brought wine, I tasted and liked, so ordered a glass. Delish! We dined during the buy one take one and had a great amount of food for other meals. Our waitress packed them up, explained that there are directions on the containers, and was amazing.We love this place and try to come back often.
