Reviews on Italian food in Indian Trail, North Carolina, United States. Indian Trail is a suburban town in Union County, North Carolina, United States. Founded on March 12, 1861, the town holds a history of traders traveling along the "Indian Trail," which ran from Petersburg, Virginia, to the Waxhaw Indians, and gold mining. Indian Trail was first a farming community; however, German and Scot-Irish settlers began to move into the area due to its geographical location. In 1874, the Seaboard Coast Line Railroad was built between the cities Charlotte, North Carolina and Monroe, North Carolina. The railroad, which runs through the town, brought prosperity to the area. Indian Trail was incorporated as a town in 1907, with established city limits based upon a one-half mile radius from the intersection of Indian Trail Road and the Seaboard Railroad. Indian Trail has grown rapidly in the 21st Century: a 2011 CNN article stated that Indian Trail's census count jumped from 1,942 in 1990 to 33,518 in 2010. Every Fourth of July the town holds an annual parade which is one of the biggest parades in the Charlotte metropolitan area.

I am from NY and am probably a hard pizza critic to please because of this. There are a lot of "New York Pizza" places in South Charlotte and Indian Trail/Monroe area, but this place is the best NY slice you'll ever have without getting on a plane to NYC. Amazing pizza with different varieties to order, but the original cheese and pepperoni are slices of pure heaven from Brooklyn bestowed upon us in Indian Trail/Charlotte area. The owners were born and raised in Brooklyn. Through the week, there is also a lunch buffet with pizza, pasta, and salad- all you can eat for reasonable price.

Bisonte Pizza Company brings you the best pizza, wings and pasta in North Carolina! Bisonte (Bis-on-tay) means "buffalo" in Italian. Don't worry, we didn't know either at first. But it couldn't be a better name for an Italian place owned by two brothers w
They have 2 locations but I stopped at this location because they offer better parking. Both locations are great but that's how I ended up here. I stopped in and got the Cheeseburger Sub and it was all of that. I got the large with an order of fries. Everything was delicious. I must admit I think the large was too much and I won't get so much the next time. I ate the whole thing because I wasnt sure how it would be if I took it home and reheated it. If your close to this location stop in and give them a try.

I like this place because it lets you choose what toppings you want on your custom pizza with all fresh ingredients, made to order and pretty quickly. Not a giant pizza, but with enough topping, very filling. Good place to go if you want lunch or dinner under a 10 spot. They do offer a Gluten free crust.

Six adults and two young kids descended on the place Friday night. We loved our pasta choices - carbonara, lasagna, spaghetti, etc. Greek salad was excellent - service was SUPERB! Sorry for one kid knocking over sofa.....staff immediately came to help wipe up and said not to worry.....they were so so nice!

The Buffett is okay. Nothing extra special and only 4 or 5 kinds of pizza available at any time. 1 each cheese, meats, pepperoni, Hawaiian and veggie or supreme. Stromboli small pieces. Very limited basic salad bar and some butter and red sauce pastas. We often visit after church and there is space for large groups. When there are too many people, you sometimes have to wait around for new pizza to come out, especially if cold pieces are left in the trays...Service is okay. Sometimes you get great waitresses, others just okay. We continue to visit it frequently, so I do recommend it if you want some basic pizza, in fast all you can eat setting, and enjoy some time with friends and family.

I love NY pizza and I did not find this to resemble it at all, I got pizza and knots to go and it was so greasy I could not eat it.
