Hudson is a town in Middlesex County, Massachusetts, United States, with a total population of 19,063 as of the 2010 census. Before its incorporation as a town in 1866, Hudson was a neighborhood and unincorporated village of Marlborough, Massachusetts, and was known as Feltonville. From around 1850 until the last shoe factory burned down in 1968, Hudson was known as a "shoe town." At one point, the town had 17 shoe factories, many of them powered by the Assabet River, which runs through town. Because of the many factories in Hudson, immigrants were attracted to the town. Today most people are of either Portuguese or Irish descent, with a smaller percentage of people being of French, Italian, English, or Scots-Irish descent. While some manufacturing remains in Hudson, the town is now primarily residential. Hudson is served by the Hudson Public Schools district.

Bertucci's restaurants are firing-up brick ovens from New England to Virginia, each reflecting the distinct character and local charm of its community. Like the original Bertucci's, every kitchen is open, making our brick oven part of the restaurant exper
Went here for lunch on a weekday. There is a lunch menu with some interesting options. The sandwich and soup I got tasted fine, though they were a little heavy. Service started out nice and efficient and friendly. Then it became less friendly and less speedy as the meal went on. They also brought me the wrong change.Ted, we appreciate you taking the time to write to us and are sorry to hear you did not fully enjoy your recent visit. Please know that your feedback will be shared with our management team in an effort to improve future guest experiences. Thank you for reaching out to us.

This franchise is a very good exemple that join good ambience, good food and good price! The Italian style can be felled in all restaurant: a worm and tasty soup you can have how much your hungry asks, a very well served mail course you can share and in the end, a fair price and a wonderful result!

This restaurant is your typical pizza and burger joint. They serve a wide variety of pizza, calzone, chicken meals and burgers. You will likely be able to find a few of these places where ever you are. The meals are well priced and filling. They are not over the top or fancy. However they are exactly what you asked for. Perfect to go when you need food for a group of friends or a take out meal that is not fast food. So while this style of restaurant is nothing new, they are the best in town. Their prices are the same yet they serve a bit more and taste better than everyone else in town and that is why they stand out over everyone similar. Defiantly worth going back to.

I like the fact that healthy options are readily available. My favorite is avocado toast (shareable) - delicious mashed avocado with honey glazed burrata cheese and balsamic glaze on grilled ciabatta bread. Pesto Chicken Salad Caprese is also awesome. And you can build your own pizza. Loved the service, the atmosphere, and the spacious modern interior. Been at this very nice place three times and have not been disappointed so far.

Decor is appealing, waitstaff friendly and knowledgeable, and food is wonderful.Delicious lunch! We will be BACK! Thank you Chill!

tarted out for a different Italian Restaurant in a near by town, but it was closed. So I chose this place. I am so glad that I did. I showed up about 1 hour before closing and the place was still hopping with mostly locals, (which is a great sign). I was seated right away, and served fresh hot bread from the kitchen. I ordered the Cherry-stone Clam Special with linguine. Excellent choice. All of the food was served quickly, fresh, and steaming hot. The aroma of the place was Italian heaven, with a great hardworking staff out front, and both old and young cooks in the back. Everyone there including the staff looked like they were having a great time. My meal was great, and the portions were large and well worth the very low price. Many patrons came and went with a thriving take-out business along with the in house seating. All-in-all I was very impressed with everything. The reason this place got a 5.0 from me is because there is not a higher number. Great job! Thanks.

Who knew? There are so many pizza places in Hudson, how to pick one? Answer: Quality. On the outside and even inside, Main St Pizza seems at first glance like one of many. But order any of their italian dinners and you'll never wander again. My wife is addicted to their eggplant, swears it is better than the fine dining place closer to town center. And they include a salad as an extra touch. We'll never wonder or wander again.

Our bill was well over $30 for two tiny pizza with black-charred crusts. Not much else to say sadly.Dear world traveler 365, Iâm sorry to read you were less than satisfied with your wood fired pizzas. Iâd like to clarify though that the size of the pizzas are actually one size, 12 inches round, priced st fair market value and some charring is to be expected due to the nature of our Italian woodfired oven as advertised. We pride ourselves on the authenticity of our 100% wood fired pizza and the high quality standards we maintain.Hope this helps,Dave

Husband and I live on Main Street Hudson, so have had a few dinners at Sofia. Italian. Since we have been to Tuscany hillside cities, Rome, Venice, Cinque Terre, we can honestly say that the wine is really good. Folks enjoy Valentine's Day dinner there, as well. Have done that ourselves. When there for lunch, given same menu as for dinner. Bit pricey. There is somewhat of a sameness in choice and food taste, and I can tell fresh salmon from frozen. I prefer wildcaught to farm, but that depends on restaurant access to distribution source (fishing boats with fresh catch). Will still dine there on a few special occasions, however, and the proprieter is wonderful, living his dream to serve you. Lovely table setting, attentive service.
