From the intoxicating aroma of plum tomato, basil and rich Italian cheeses, to the smoky goodness of thin crust personal pizzas, Cafe Formaggio offers a meal to please just about everyone. Specialized in Gluten Free cuisine with the most extensive Gluten
They have an unrelenting devotion to the celiac community. And so, if you have celiac's, add a star. As far as an italian restaurant, they have all the usual fare expected at a neighborhood LI place. Although the food arrives from the kitchen piping hot, the recipes themselves are fairly bland, showing little distinctive flavor. Similarly to the wine list, no hidden italian (or italian american) gems hiding here. And unfortunately, servers are easily distracted by calls from others, and so don't focus on the table at hand. Desserts somewhat disappointed, again, nothing flawed, just nothing exciting. Bathroom was not clean.

We live in Las Vegas and it is hard to find New York style Italian food so when we visit we have Italian. We order things we can't get in Vegas like Baked claims which were delicious. The bread was fresh and wonderful. My husband and I both had veal francese and it did not disappoint. The only downside to this place was that it was SOOOO NOISY

So disappointed! Our first visit to the Westbury location was when my family and I was invited here by my cousin in 2018. When we were seated, the chef came over to our table and I realized my cousin knew the chef. The chef recommended some items and we ordered some items. All was absolutely delicious! In January, we returned, for lunch, thinking we would have the same level of quality and service. My wife and I had the BBQ Pork and my son, the Spuntino Burger, along with other items. WE WERE NOT IMPPRESSED! There was hardly any pork on the bun and what was on it, was fat, which we removed. It was not only my BBQ Pork but also, my wifeâs. The side or salad as we were told, was chick peas. Nothing wrong with the chick peas but the quantity looked like it was about 2 table spoons. For $14, one would expect a good quantity. As for my sonâs burger, it was over cooked and dry. Overall, the food appeared to be put together in a hurry with whatever was left over. Visually, it was not impressive nor did it taste like there was some thought put into it. A restaurant should always have consistency in the quality of its food.Hello, we are disappointed to hear about your recent lunch visit with us as it certainly wasnât up to our standards. If youâd please private message us your phone number our general manager would love to reach out!

Back yet-again for another enjoyable meal at Maggianoâs Garden City in the Roosevelt Field Complex off Old Country Rd in the Garden City area of Long Island NY.... for us, the re-assuring feeling that your profile is on-file complete with your food-allergies / special food-needs / preferences etc ... is so refreshing in not having to continually repeat all that at each re-visit; and, that the chef personally comes out each time to completely review & validate everything, is also a great reassurance. Each time the meal comes-out âtailor-madeâ, you can now set-aside your food-issue-concerns and just enjoy your company & great tasting meal served by such pleasant attentive Gracious Table Servers.Ahhh ... relaxing care-free enjoyable dining st decent prices.HOW SWEET IT ISâ¼ï¸

This is one of my favorites in Garden City. I've eaten here several times and have never been disappointed. Grimaldi's offers a wide range of selections (mostly pizza but other things as well). I was here the other day and ordered a plain pizza and small antipasti. Both were very tasty. If you want there are many extra toppings you can add to the pizza at additional cost. They all sound good. I've tried a few in the past and loved them.

I havenât been here in quite some time. Last time I enjoyed really great wine and very nice food. This time it was as enjoyable as the last. We had a bottle of Italian wine that was reasonably priced. My wife and I shared a poached pear arugula salad which was delicious and then she ordered a pasta bolgenese with short rib and sausage meat balls. Delish! I had the seafood Di Avalo over black linguini. Lots of mixed seafood treats, lobster, shrimp, calamari, mussels & clams. Wonderful. We enjoyed our bottle and skipped desert. Waiter was great, attentive and knowledgeable. We'll be back.Enjoy

I honour Anyone who can eat the entire portion of anything in this place! When I ordered the small version of the 'lunch special eggplant' I thought I'd happily plow thru to completion... instead I've got a 'dogie bag' for the next Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner.... and it was fabulous food. Furrgetaboutit for the starters, and bring an appetite.

Located in Carle Place for 3+ decades, the food is so consistently good with massive portions, it is always busy. Their seafood, pasta and especially their sauce (shipped all over the world) make this the favorite Italian/seafood restaurant for multi-generations. Their sauces (mild-med-hot) are just the best. The hot is too hot for me, but their mild and medium dance on my palate. Started with a beautiful caprese salad and fried zucchini wheels for the table. I had shrimp balls Parmigiana over angel hair with medium sauce, my brother ordered eggplant rollatini. As good as ever! It's my "go-to" whenever I visit L.I.

I was with a group of five. Had reservations in the loft section which offer some seclusion from the main dining floor. The stairs to go up are not steep, though you heard waitpersons drop plates (presumably with food) or glasses (may be with drinks). The wait person recites the daily specials which are quite a few. This is an Italian restaurant and has an extensive menu. A large selection of wines is also offered. The portions are ample. I have been here several times and tried out various dishes. In general, they tend to be salt heavy. Wait service is efficient and quick. Lots of free parking in the rear and you can enter the restaurant from the rear which is what most patrons do. A place to go to for a slight more formal meal.
