Just looking for a place for a quick lunch and ended up in Delicias. Fantastic food. Good prices. Amazing personal service. Breakfast, Brunch, Pasta, Wraps, Sandwiches, Soups and Burgers. All homemade. At the end of our meal, my husband decided to have a coffee and the owner forgot his order. When my husband stepped up to pay the "cafe" and remind him, he said sorry, its on the house! How nice!!!!! We highly recommend Delicias.

I'm surprised that there are no reviews on TripAdvisor, as this has been my primary source of information about my trip. Sure, this place serves pizza and pasta, not typical Puerto Rican food. However, it's worth stopping by. You can tell that they really care about the quality of their food. They told me that all of their sauces are homemade. They talked me through their favorite menu items, and helped me decide on the perfect meal. They even asked me how crispy I wanted my pizza. While the restaurant is open-air, most of the tables are covered by the roof, and the decor is delightful. Chico's is located just off PR-2, so if you're staying in Hatillo or just driving by, it's worth of visit. As far as I can tell, you can park on the side of the road just outside the restaurant.

Its down the road very accesible close to main road #2, the place is right in front of Sardinera beach, where you can enjoy a fresh deep it has a friendly natural pool. The restaurant needs work but its nice made lots of windows, need to work on acoustics, menu, service. Prices do not match quality. Avoid weekends - my guess is weekdays do not feature the loud conversation anulling noise that was being played on speakers, affecting the people enjoying their beach day. Less is more, keep a nicer ambiance, improve food quality don't bring all ingredients from the sams across the avenue, bring local fresh food (theres great fresh daily catch available less than 10 min down he road at Camuy's local fish- also fresh fried plantain), heres hoping they'll make this place what it deserves to be, having the privileged location it has.
