If you visit this food court at Grimsby - walk right by the Sbarro Pizza place!! The pizza was dry, cold, tasteless and impossible to eat - it had obviously been sitting there for a LONG time!! When I went to return it - the server was rude about it. I asked if I could trade it for some pasta and he gave it to me reluctantly! The pasta was also awful - cold and tasteless. Why I am even bothering to write this is because I thought Sbarro Pizza was a really good product! Maybe it still is elsewhere - but NOT at the Grimsby QEW food court!! WALK ON BY!!

Ordered nachos and when they arrived they looked very good. Ordered spicy chicken nachos but the chicken was few and far between! After the top layer of nachos was done the bottom 2/3âs had no toppings! I actually had them sent back for some cheese. Not worth the price for sure! Service was very good though!Hi, Raoul. Like almost any town in Ontario, Grimsby has its share of Pizza shops and Pizza restaurants where friends can meet and make memories over fun food. However, not many places in the Province have the good fortune to have You Had Me at Pizza as a place to go to, and enjoy.We have met several other couples from Grimsby, and out of town, there for dinner and the reaction is always the same. They can't believe the quality and variety of the Pizzas, and other offerings. The pizzas are generous: we go with a small, 6 slice, and share one of the salads (Antipasto is our fave) and find this is more than adequate!You Had Me's true, thin crust Pizza with truly the best of ingredients and toppings, and plenty of them on every pizza along and side dish impresses everyone and, at the end of the evening, plans are made for a repeat engagement!Tracy and the entire staff treat everyone like they are part of the family and the concern for satisfaction of the guests that we have never walked away unhappy.Owner Clayton is the reason that You Had Me at Pizza exists. His insistence on his restaurant offering the wonderful food experience it does continues to be due his Hands-On care, and interest . More than an owner, Clayton is a big part of his own staff!You Had Me at Pizza is, and will be, our go to the we want to have a good meal of unique and reasonably priced Pizza. It will be a plan where we will meet friends, and where we will go to introduce others to the most fun//good food Pizza place in Niagara!Take-out is a major portion of the business but the little dine-in resto is a great place to go as a couple, or to meet friends for a great dinner in a casual environment.We are, indeed, lucky....

Order #0030-019 Wednesday nite I ordered your Xtra large 3 item pizza..or tried too..I pushed the 3 circles on your menu for our family dinner with grandkids .I received an Xtra lrg cheese pizza.gave customer service a call but very arrogant rude obnoxious .terrible customer service.would definitely not send out the pizza I ordered.nothing I can do she said.well thx for ruining a family nite and there r many more places to order a pizza here.i did always enjoy your product but delivering the wrong pizza and the terrible customer service left a very bad taste in my mouth. Have notified family and friends about this .thx again. .for nothing

Noni's is truly the best pizza around and the buffalo style wings are to die for! My family and I have been going to Noni's since day one and we have ever been disappointed! The customer service is amazing, hardworking employees always bringing service with a smile! Strongly recommend Noni's to everyone!!

This is a man who loves to make pizza.And it shows.We only went once but the NJ style pizza is phenomenal. Take it home 'cause you'll need a beer to go with it - hot and spicy and delicious.Amici's is one of those hole-in-the-wall places with basic decor, very limited seating, and not much to offer in the way of beverages, but, hey, it's a pizza place and the pie we had - from crust to toppings - is the best pizza I've had in years.Oh, and the prices are very reasonable. A glance at the menu will tell you that.

Great food quality and service. Excellent ingredients are obvious, the atmosphere is classy, Gabrielle attended to our needs perfectly - very professional and knowledgeable especially being a very young man. He introduced the daily specials in a very engaging way - as they offer a good variety on the regular menu, and the chef daily creations hand written on a board which the server will explain to you in detail. As a suggestion, it would be good to continue training the rest of the personnel, as the person serving at a table beside ours lacked the knowledge and enthusiasm Gabrielle has - as we happen to notice because we had no choice being close to us. Excellent deserts and the espresso was as it should be in an italian place :). We travel in Europe a lot, we eat in many places, and I'd like to believe that we have opinions to be trusted - and so, this was all in all a great culinary experience.Thank you very much for your wonderful review! It is so important to us to know our customers feedback, especially when they are knowledgeable of food like you. I am glad the Gabriele was so professional and I will be making sure that all the Staff is up to his standards. Grazie mille!
