Grand Island does not possess many nice sit-down restaurants. My wife and I enjoy going to Napoli's because of the quality of the food. The service is great with reasonable prices. The house wine is inexpensive so a couple can enjoy a meal with wine without breaking one's budget.

Had dinner while traveling through Grand Island. We have come to expect good things from this chain, because we are required to follow a low fat, low oil diet. We ask for dressing on the side with the salad, and no butter or salt on the breadsticks. No problem. We ask, and they accommodate us. Good for them. Then we generally find a low calorie meal and have several to choose from. We enjoyed shrimp scampi and chicken piccata. Had a margarita, and merlot, and our dining pleasure was perfect. We especially enjoyed our waitress, Kelsey. Professional, friendly, and engaging. She is the tops!
Husband and I have been here before, but this is my first time reviewing. Going was actually DH's idea, so that in itself says something. He got waylaid just inside the door by the sight of a breakfast pizza on the Italian Kitchen side, and he picked up two slices, one with veggies, one without. I got the made-to-order breakfast special that earned Fuel Saver points: 2 eggs, 2 meats (bacon, sausage links, or sausage patties), hash browns, and toast (white, wheat, or rye). Mine was really good. Hash browns were crispy, sausage patties had a nice little heat, eggs were a little runny for "over medium", but I like all eggs, so it's not something I stress about...they mopped up well with the hearty rye toast. Usually DH lets me sample his meal choice, but not this time, lol. He did say both pieces were very good. I did see that the slices were of large size, I'd give them a try maybe next time. And they were only $1.50 each!As we waited for my breakfast to be cooked and brought to our table, we picked up our utensils, condiments, self-serve beverages. A nice little plus was the peanut butter I noticed along with the jelly choices for my toast. Not a fan myself, but I'm sure someone else would enjoy.Eating area was clean. Service was friendly.
Where to eat Diner food in Grand Island: The Best Restaurants and Bars
We went a wednesday night light traffic. The pizza was okay we had better in Hastings and Lincoln's Valentinos. Some of the choices were better than average. Chicken shrimp the dessert pizza some were not as good the ribs. But the choices were extensive and for such low price it is a good choice if you are just trying to satisfy your hunger. Wheel chair and walker accessible. The staff were friendly but did nothing beyond what was required.
