Welcome to Fazoli's fast, fresh, Italian restaurant in Blue Springs, MO. Our Pasta and Sauces, Breadsticks and Salads are FRESHLY prepared throughout the day. Oven-Baked Dishes and Submarinos® are never baked 'til you order them! Made with 100% Real Mozza
It's OK , nothing great, but not bad for the price. Good breadsticks supply delivered to your table most of the time. Don't misunderstand, it is not bad food, but just very average. It is not the place to go if you are looking for genuine Italian. Fazoli's has it's place and I consider it fast food, Italian style.

This is very good pizza, they has a good variety of toppings as well as several choices of crust types. I get their veggie which is truly a delight. They are some what expensive for pizza however.

My wife and I just ate here. The pizza crust is thinner but not greasy, so I'll get it again sometime. Wife really liked her gyro. The workers seemed genuinely welcoming which was great.

Restaurant: Tuscany Italian, Blue Springs â we absolutely loved it!!! I had the Chicken Capellini (sautéed in olive oil, garlic, basil, artichoke hearts, spinach, broccoli, tomatoes, mushroom, onions, and caper in a white wine sauce over penne pasta (I changed the pasta to spaghetti). It was to die for! My husband had the Tour of Italy (Chicken Parmigiana with lasagna and side of fettuccini alfredo) He loved his too! My husband probably makes the best Chicken Parmigiana on the planet. My opinion of course but itâs true. HA! Anyway he relished his dinner, every bit of it and never once did he compare it to his own recipe. Before you order they bring out homemade bread and dipping oil (the oil we thought needed some spices so we conjured up our own with what was on the table and it was delicious ... and they bring you all you can eat. (oink) I should also mention the employees were great ... very attentive. A very, very pretty Italian atmosphere inside the restaurant. Also the wine was very good too.Ambience: We really didnât know what to think when we pulled up to Tuscany ... only 3 â 4 cars in the parking lot and that was at 6:30. We almost left because of that and also because there were no lit-up signs, bells and whistles to make you want to enter but we decided what the heck, letâs just do it. Guess Thursday is just a slow night for them ... who knows! Reviews we read were excellent so we're so glad people took the time to share their experiences. As a result we read them and took our chances. We are so glad we did! We live about an hour away from Tuscany but that distance will be NO problem ... we're already hungry to go back!

My wife and I had dinner here last night. We loved the pizza, but I'm taking off one star as our appetizer arrived at the same time as our pizza and service was a bit slow with not many people in the restaurant.

A very nice place - not to noisy, good service and friendly folks and decent food at a reasonable price. Italian food, of course, which we like so all to the good. We have almost always been seated promptly, our wait staff is attentive (but not overly attentive, if you know what I mean), food is good and quantity is more than ample.
