Both me and my wife agree that we ate the best pizzas of our lives here. It's mainly a take away place with a medium sized waiting room with a great view to the kitchen, where the three pizzaiolos work on the orders continuously, but it is possible to eat your orders at a small counter. Every pizza seems to use local ingredients, with a map in the room indicating their sources. Furthermore you can also order some good local craft beers like the Ephestos with your pizza.

The restaurant A scialata was founded in recent 2013 from the union of lot experience in the catering and a healthy family who will do anything to make you feel at home , not only for the friendliness of the staff but also for the refinement of its dishes
We had just the most delicious and incredible New Yearâs dinner in this very typical and local fish restaurant.Full of families, from grandparents to new born babies, the ambiance was charming, simple, and the food was so good, abundant and well prepared. A never ending suite of plates one richer than the other, in a warm and friendly atmosphere, even if we were the only foreigners there. We highly recommend this place and thank the owner for the perfect ambiance. One exception to the fish, just before midnight: lentils and sausage... which we could hardly eat but: lentils bring you money for the next year if you eat them just before midnight....so we did it!

La spiga nasce dalla voglia di fare ristorazione in maniera diversa, la voglia di far stare bene la gente. Un servizio informale che amiamo definire amichevole accompagna i nostri piatti sinceri, genuini e concreti.
Ate here twice in a 2-night stay at the incredible Ramo DâAria hotel behind it.Lovely ambience. Good (if slightly unhealthy) food. Very popular place so, even though there are a lot of tables, get here early as we noticed a big queue going out the door both nights after around 8:30pm.

The Borgo dell'Etna restaurant seats on a unique location on the slopes of Mt Etna. Hiding through the citrus groves of the riviera, the restaurant is part of the XVI Century estate of the Etna Hotel and offers traditional Sicilian dishes, served in multi
As we are staying at Hotel Etna next door, we have been going to this restaurant frequently. The house white and red are great value for money and very palatable. The pasta dishes are freshly made. Its not an extensive menu but what we have had so far is very nice especially the pasta and fish dishes. Being able to eat outside is a nice bonus for us Brits!

âOLD BARRELSâ: a place where the tradition of yesterday becomes tribute and sophistication in the present. The restaurant has a warm and relaxing atmosphere in which the dishes of our land are proposed and interpreted with ever new creativity although main
I must say we had pizza at least 7 times in 14 days in Sicily and this place was the best we ate.I was disappointed that we had a large group, so the pizza choices were pre-arranged and it was a share arrangement, but either way, all the pizzas were good, with a great base and fresh toppings.

We found this take away place as we needed something quick to eat. The place offers a good variety of burgers but as well as some antipasti. The place is modern and as well easy to find in Giarre. Recommended for a quick eat and very reasonable prices.

This restaurant is the kind of place where you would not stop, if you had not seen the reviews. It is located on a dark street, away from the main part of Giarre. However, looks can be very deceptive. The pizzas are excellent, the service is warm. And the prices are very reasonable. All in all, an excellent choice for a simple, honest pizzeria.

We came for lunch to this tiny fresh fish eatery. I love fresh fish, and my palate was deeply satisfied! Fabio greeted us immediately, and advised us to get an assortment of Antipasti Freddi. We were presented with an assortment of traditionally prepared sardine dishes, octopus, salmon, tuna curry with couscous, to name a few. Then some baby teeny tiny shrimp prepared crispy, which you were to pop whole on your mouth. Deeelicious. Then some hot clams, and then some pasta with clams and some other assorted fishes. I had had the fish of the day, fresh tuna grilled in leaves, while another in our party had calamari. We were presented with a side of eggplant with this. Fabio, the owner-chef treated us like family. We felt so well taken care of! I never will forget the amazing food and the special attention from Fabio and his wife. This place is unforgettable. If you are in Giarre, be sure to visit Gnam Gnam!

We went to lunch before the beach. Then we came back for dinner and the next day! Of the waiters, Frenkiet should be highlighted, but everyone is kind. Good quality food nice environment! I can only recommend.

American Style Bun and the Piadina Romagnola (tipical flat bread dish from the north of Italy, yes, one of the owners comes from Rimini). 10 different craft beers on tap each week and much more beer or whisky(also whiskey) to taste. Drop us a line on Face
Gastro-style pub with rock legend décor, wide selection of beers and cocktails, not overly priced, selection of panini, salads and first courses, incredibly friendly staff who gave a very personal, enthusiastic service. We immediately felt very welcome and they also spoke English, which is great for any tourists visiting Acireale. Looking forward to my next visit!Hi, thank you very much we were pleased to meet you and we hope to see you soon :-)
