Came here with 2 other colleagues and it wasnt even that late but all they had to offer were pizzas to eat. So ordered 3 various pizzas a mexican, a Peppes and a Pizza continental. I also ordered chilli on the Peppes. Very disappointing Pizzas. The crust too thick and not crispy too doughy. The toppings very ordinary the mexican was seriously weird and not nice to the palette at all. The Peppes was tasteless and could not find a sceric of chilli. The pizza sauce was very average. Sorry guys but Dominoes are better than your pizzas.

I find I am never disappointed when dining at Ruoccoâs the food is consistently of a high standard and it is always hard to choose from the extensive menu and specials board.I love the fresh pastas and pizzas.Make sure you make a reservation on weekends as it is always packed which makes it quite noisy.

We sat outside and watched the comings and goings on Market Street which was great fun,(how many Harleyâs are there in Fremantle?).We had beef carpaccio, grilled octopus and parmigana de melanzane (eggplant), i had a delightful Chianti to wash it down. The chocolate dumplings were amazing. The competition among Italian Restaurants hot in Fremantle, but this is surely a contender.

An iconic Italian restaurant first opened in 1954, continuing its culinary traditions with classic, delicious home-style Italian food.
We were questioned when we arrived because my sister had brought me a small jar on honey from her beehive. The waitress was curt in saying we could not bring anything into the restaurant except wine. After explaining she showed us to our table. We had to ask for water and then they preferred you purchase sparkling. Prior to ordering, I asked the waitress if the prawns were local and she said NO, they were imported because it is very expensive to use prawns in their dishes. I was shocked and when checking the prices, they were expensive for imported prawns. The Grilled Mixed Seafood was greasy and floating in oil, the Veal Scallopini was paper thin and the French Cutlets were fatty. Terrible. If the prawns are not local then the price should reflect that not charge market prices for imported crap. The mixed grill was $34.50. Outrageous. Never, ever going back and will tell all my friends about the rip off place that is trying to live up to their old standards but failing miserably.

Italian family owned Caffé and Lunch Bar in the heart of Fremantle. Authentic, traditional and genuine Italian food.
When in Fremantle, donât go past this little gem. Amazing fresh and authentic Italian. In-house gnocchi is best Iâve ever had. So fluffy and light. Other dishes looked and smelled great too. Each one of us was extremely satisfied with our choice. We actually had a family argument over whoâs dish was the best. We will definitely be going back. Experience was topped off with the Great friendly service. Thank you very much! We are happy you enjoyed our gnocchi and our traditional Italian food! And thank you from all of us for your kind words about the friendly service!RegardsAda and Giorgio

I had a pizza with prosciutto, buffalo mozzarella, basil, etc. It was excellent. The amount of prosciutto on the pizza was lavish. I go there regularly and the pizzas are always great. My partner had an enormous dish of chilli mussels served with three generous slices of garlic bread - tasty and great value at $30. Nice Xanadu Chardonnay and good Madfish Cab Sav Merlot are available by the glass. Service was great.Hi Lizzie,Thanks so much for the excellent review. Its always great to see our woodfired pizzas get the appreciation that they deserve. And who doesnât love a generous serve of chilli mussels? All our wines, both local and imported, are available by the bottle or glass. And we have rotating chef specials to keep you interested each and every visit. Hope to see you again soon. The best restaurant in Perth according to the guests reviews and to the food critics' verdicts. Stylish interior, high quality in house-made Italian food, irresistible desserts, and extensive wine list. The venue also accommodates functions upon request.
Setting and service were excellent. Very cosy, friendly and warm atmosphere. I had the crab squid ink pasta which didn't blow my mind (not much crab meal at all), but still very tasty. Gnocchi was also tasty, but not one of the best I've had.Ciao, thank you so much for visiting our restaurant!Glad you loved the taste and the atmosphere. Thank you for your feedback. Looking forward to your next visit and trying more of our dishes. Please, feel free to advise on the day to us or to the chef what do you think on the food. We are always happy to chat.Have a nice evening. Inna and La Sosta family.

The new menu is very close to their old one, but with fewer meals offered in smaller serves, a small increase in prices and a small corkage charge. The crusty bread and complimentary soups are still offered.Full table service offered by friendly wait staff. Great Italian food, but it's BYO alcoholic beverages. However, there's a bottle shop a very short walk away. Not suitable for mobility impaired people as the toilets are out the back and down some stairs.American Express cards are accepted. Our favourite Fremantle restaurant.
