Security fence around property. Ample parking. Friendly greeting. Downhill from there beginning with dried food remnants on table linens. Meatball soup was too spicy. Switched to Minestrone which had broccoli, potatoes, spinach & carrots (no pasta)...it was ok. The cheese bread had some sort of red oil(?) on it with a couple slivers of mozzarella cheese, dipping sauce was served hot & tasted pretty good. Fighting tiny nats at the table before pasta was served. Pesto pasta was floating in green oil! Uck! Might have been good if I could have strained it. Cookie counter & sample plate of open cookies near cashier. The whole vibe just didnât appear very sanitary to me. Lunch plate was about $15.95. Too pricy for lunch pasta in that type of setting. Hope they improve cleanliness (Windows, blinds, nats, etc.).

First time at Brio. We ate here on a Saturday evening and the place was packed. However, with reservations our party of 4 was seated immediately. Very nice over-sized booth that could accommodate 6 easily. Our server was excellent. Brought drinks promptly and opened the bottle of wine we brought so it could breathe. The restaurant has a fairly large menu with many pastas and a fair selection of seafood, beef and other entrees. 2 of our party had shrimp & lobster fettuccine, which they said was excellent. Another had the bistecca which was cooked rare+, just as he ordered. He also had a Caesar Salad, which was just so-so. I started with Tomato Caprese which was simply not very good. The mozzarella was too dry and while there may have been some olive oil on it, I couldn't find any. As an entree, I had Shrimp Capri, which was fine, but not great. We'll go back, because the service was really good. I'll simply try another entree and starter. One note: the restaurant is really loud. We could barely hear each other, let alone our server.

We came here on a Saturday night after a hockey game at the Citizens Bank Arena. It was about 845, and we figured places near the mall would be crowded. I looked this up on yelp and found out it was about two minutes from the arena.Located in a nondescript strip mall with a sushi restaurant across the parking lot is this pizza, chicken, pasta place. From the front, it looks like a tiny hole in the wall for takeout only. After you walk inside, to the right is a dining area with a bunch of of communal tables and benches. It reminded me a lot of Shakey's, but a smaller scale. The menu had quite a variety, and quite affordable as well. Two of my friends had personal size pizzas which set them back less than six dollars.I ordered the four piece fried chicken and potatoes, which was about nine dollars. Stephen ordered spaghetti, which was baked in a foil tray. The noodles were covered in meat sauce, then covered with cheese and chunks of ground beef. The spaghetti sauce was slightly spicy, but not too much of a kick. Quite different from the traditional way of plating. All the food was made to order, so about 15 to 20 minutes for some of our items, like the fried chicken. Most of the customers had their food delivered or for pick up. The only thing I did not care was how dirty the dining area was. There was trash, like pizza crust and used napkins, on the floor, and a lot of tables not bussed. Makes me wonder about the customers, too.If you're coming from the arena, and need a place to eat, stop by here. If you want to order ahead, that might be a good choice if you're in a hurry.
This place is the best pizza place around. Their sauce is not to strong or weak. They know how to cook pizza and they are more than just friendly. They tell you about specials so you can save money. I go every chance I get. The people are great!!!

We are having the pasta special. Delicious as usual. The lasagna will give me two more meals probably. We love to come here. The food is always so good.
