We first visited I'isle sur la Sorgue and Bella Vita 2 years ago. We as a family have fond memories of both the food and the lovely hospitality the owner bestowed on us. We visited twice this time during our holiday. Fantastic warm and relaxed atmosphere at the heart of the village and lovely, tasty food. Perfect! La belle vie! The crème caramel is sublime as was the house nougat glacé. We also had a lovely 2015 Luberon rosé which was superb. Definitely worth a visit with family for a relaxed meal in a beautiful setting with a fantastic hostess.

We went here for dinner one night, the service was excellent, as was the food. My husband and I are vegetarian, plus I'm allergic to egg and him intolerant to onion. The waiter checked everything with the kitchen and we made changes to salad and pizzas and nothing was too much trouble for them. Everything came out as we ordered and was delicious. I would happily return here and recommend this restaurant.

Don't use to rate restaurants but wanted to say a word. This is actually a very small pizzeria where you can eat good food. There is two or three hot dishes but quite a large choice of pizzas and big salads. It is home made and good. Prices are interesting. Only draw back is the location which is not the best of the village. But owners are kind and welcoming people.

Nice place to eat in Gordes, suggest you book. Food and drinks were nice but the service was a bit slow.

My husband & I tried a few time to get in, BUT they were full, so we booked.I heard so much about this place from friends that love it there.we can for lunch, I took the special of the day (pasta with salad) it was nice and the interior is cute, especially with the car on the ceiling.The owners are very professional & experience. They had a ice cream place in Isle sur la Sorgue which was and is always busy among other food.So what ever you order you will be happy.

Just enjoyed a marvellous dinner at Le Monde à Sa Porte. Loved the Pizza Couronne. Very original, very fresh, with nice plain side salad. The white wine was good. The waitress (we think the owners's daughter) is extremely friendly and explained every single word we didn't understand. We would definitely return here. As mentioned before in previous reviews: great quality for a fair price.

We stayed in Gordes two nights and ate here on both occasions. We always have the heritage tomatoes with burrata to start. So simple, freshest ingredients, simply stunning. The pasta bolognese is a triumph, the gnocchi Gorgonzola, very rich, with a punchy blue cheese taste. Equally good is the veal Milanese. We had a really great value, reasonable quality lunch here in what is a beautiful setting.Our party of four enjoyed duck, carpacio of beef, crevettes and lamb kebabs. All were well cooked and tasty if unremarkable. Portion sizes were excellent with a large plateful if padded out by lettuce, chips or rice! Service was pleasant and efficient too but it's the location which is the real winning ingredient!

Great time by the river, big terrace, tasty meals and full wines. I recommend the beef meat and terrine.
