Grabbed a pizza from here after seeing the reviews, wished we went somewhere else. Although the service was good the pizza was overloaded with cheese (barely any sauce) that it was too much and we had ordered artichoke hearts as a topping (a premium price) and when we got back to our room it wasn't on the pie. Taste was so-so and nothing to make us want to re-visit.We appreciate you taking the time to share feedback as it helps us improve for future guests. While we're happy to know you enjoyed the quality of service, we do apologize if your pizza did not meet your expectations. Please contact our owner at [email protected] at your earliest convenience to discuss this further.

While in Erie to teach a workshop I stopped at Stevo's for dinner while driving through the Presque Isle State Park. (Don't miss the Park either!). The pizza was great, with a rich flavorful red sauce, and nice crust and flavorful and plentiful ingredients. The atmosphere in the restaurant was delightfully non-chain and the folks were super friendly and the service fast!

You can't go wrong when choosing Olive Garden. The place is always packed when we visit. The endless salad and bread sticks are always yummy. The place is cheerful with a friendly, cozy atmosphere. I ordered Shrimp scampi--loved it, lots of shrimp, pieces of asparagus, pieces of tomato with angel hair pasta. Very light and tasty. Everyone else ordered something different. It was a delightful evening. My daughter, whose birthday it was, got a free dessert of her choice! She got it to go!!

Colao's Ristorante serves traditional, authentic Italian cuisine made from recipes that have been passed down through our family for generations. We also offer fresh veal, seafood and steaks, as well as unique nightly entree and appetizer features. Weâre
My wife and I have been dining at Colao's Ristorante in Erie, PA for many years on our northern road trips to upstate NY. In fact, Colao's is a culinary destination for us: we make it a point to overnight in Erie specifically so that we can enjoy Colao's excellent and authentic Italian cuisine (the owner was born in Calabria, Italy) in a very homey and welcoming neighborhood atmosphere. The food is always delicious (and abundant!) and the wine list is quite good, although not extensive. On our last two visits to Colao's (both going to and coming from NY) in July, 2019, our experience was great: we enjoyed a delicious tomato and mozzarella salad (on both visits) followed by Ahi tuna accompanied by shrimp-stuffed ravioli. Our main dishes during the second visit were Cremini mushroom-stuffed ravioli (hers) and frutti di mare (mine). Both meals were accompanied by a bottle of Secoli Valpolicella Ripasso. In addition, our server on both occasions, Sarah, was absolutely excellent!

We are a BYOB restaurant and operate a full service catering operation. Our menu items are fresh and homemade with very few exceptions. Gluten Free options are available for almost all items. Foods are always beautifully presented and creatively displayed
My Wife and I enjoyed a very good experience at La Bella for Valentine's dinner. The Flash Fried Spinach appetizer is awesome, probably our favorite appetizer of all time. We both had the Creamy Onion Fred dressing for our salad.....we liked the dressing so much that we purchased a container to go. My Wife had the Fettuccine Alfredo with Sausage and I had the Pomegranate Brie Chicken. Both our meals were delicious and very nicely presented. Our waitress was very attentive and efficient.....the owner checked on our table throughout our meal. We would definitely return.

Not far off Hwy. 832 which goes right into Presque Isle Park
The items offered are always good and there are different combinations so you can get different types of pasta. Really excellent sauce and perfectly cooked pasta. One doesnât have to worry about inconsistent cooking. The people at the front could be a little bit nicer but they do a great job and itâs a wonderful place to either eat in or do take out.

Old school Pizza by the Square Cut or Tray. Order any number of Cuts and Top them in any combination. By the Cut or Tray, Our Pizza Your Way.
First time I had Virgils plate years ago I'll be honest, I wasn't impressed and thought it was expensive. On my most recent visit I tried the Buffalo Chicken pizza and the Happy Wife. Buffalo chicken was amazing but the Happy Wife was only average and below average cold. Still a little pricey at 24 bucks for 15 slices but it is what it is. Worth trying for something different and special but not gonna be your everyday pizza choice In my opinion.Kurt,Thanks for stopping. We appreciate your support. We use top shelf ingredients and actually get quite a few comments about how reasonable our prices are as well. Virgil.

While the outdoor patio ambiance was lovely, the service excellent, the quality of the food was mediocre at best. Two of us ordered pasta Carbonara; a third ordered the Alfredo. The two sauces tasted identical!! The Carbonara had minimal pancetta and the peas were shriveled up. The fourth diner had a delicious meal; his pasta did not have a white sauce. Typically we can count on fine dining at Mi Scuzi but not this night; it was disappointing and unsatisfying. We are happy to hear you enjoyed your service and the patio but are sorry to hear you did not enjoy your entire visit. Both of our sauces, Alfredo and Carbonara are rich, creamy sauces made with some of the same ingredients so while they can taste similar, they are not the same. We wish we had the opportunity to hear your concerns over the quality of the Carbonara dish so we could have addressed the issue while you were here with us. We thank you for your review and will share our comments with our kitchen!
