I found this little Italian pizzeria while I was looking for something to eat here in Emden. What to say? Really GREAT! I was surprised to find, away from Italy, the REAL ITALIAN PIZZA!!! I tried Pizza Santino and my friend Pizza Trevigiana, all accompanied by an excellent draft beer. Everything was PERFECT!!! How much did we pay? Nothing, if you consider that HIGH QUALITY ingredients, KINDNESS of the staff and family atmosphere are PRICELESS!!!!!!!!!!!Would I return? Sure! My holiday is still long and there are many other tempting dishes I would try!!! See you soon and thank you!

Die Vorspeisenplatte mit Käse, Schinken, Salami und Gemüse war oberlecker. Die Piadina und das Panino gut belegt und frisch. Auch die Nachspeise war wie wir es aus Sizilien kennen. Sehr nette Bedienung, so das wir das La Bottega gerne weiter empfehlen.

You should choose Rialto if you are interested in Emdens best ice-cream.Take the opportunity to coose a "not standard" ice-cream variation like "just choclate" or similar.You won't be sorry.

Found staff very odd , were offered a table on the middle in front of the door , as it was 1.30 pm and about a third full I asked if we could sit at the back but was given an abrupt "NO"The waiter then stood over us immediately waiting for our order . "Can I get an apple juice ? " - "NO"Later My partner was halfway through ordering a drink when the waitress abandoned us to greet customers walking in and took them to their table. After eating Waiter again stood over us for the money - no bill just asked for the amount then gave us the bill once paid. Food is good and is good value , service could be seen as entertaining I suppose

Wir waren in unserem Urlaub zweimal in diesem Restaurant. Einmal aÃen wir Nudeln, einmal Pizza. Als Nudelgerichte hatten wir Cannelloni und Tagliatelle Primavera. Die Cannelloni schmeckten sehr gut, die Tagliatelle ertrank dagegen in zu viel Sahnesauce und war auch zu wenig gewürzt. Eine Enttäuschung war die Vorspeise, Mozzarella Caprese. Ich bezweifle, dass das wirklich Mozzarella war was da auf den Tomatenscheiben war. Bei unserem zweiten Besuch waren wir mit dem Essen (Pizza) durchwegs zufrieden. Nur der offene Rotwein der nicht auf der Karte stand und uns vom Wirt empfohlen wurde, war etwas überteuert.

In a fine location overlooking the waterfront of the Delft, adjacent to a new hotel, we found this restaurant with a classic, though cozy atmosphere and great italian food.The service was enthousiastic. About reservation: there are two slots:either from 17:30 to 20:00 or from 20:00. The kitchen seems to be open till 10pm, they close the place at 11pm.To us: at present definitely the best place for a nice dinner or lunch in Emden (special lunch menues at very reasonable prices from 12:00 to 14:30,I think) .
