It was just OK. Tried it out while waiting on having new tires put on the car which was just across the street. Much better places in the area. Won't be going back there.

We were heading to see a client in PA. The folks at the restaurant put together a small deli platter, olives, dressing and dessert. Our senior friends were thrilled with the food. Both are from Italy and really enjoyed the treats from home. You canât go wrong here - great food, staff and location. Enthusiastically recommended!

We had dinner at Bacco with friends. We had reservations and were seated immediately. The menu had a large selection of Italian food and several specials. Everything we had was fresh and well prepared. The meat board was excellent. We also enjoyed the gelato for dessert. Our server was very nice and efficient. We recommend!

Our party of seven selected this establishment for our luncheon. Everyone appeared satisfied with their entrees. The 'crab scallops Chesapeake' entree consisted of a nice amount of sea scallops (quartered or halved) in a rose' sauce along with discernible pieces of crab meat and dashes of Old Bay seasoning served over a large portion of angel hair pasta. This was a nice dish. Our other order of 'lasagna' was "average" in flavor and just okay. Small squares of toasted bread with a strong garlic flavored olive oil or butter accompanied the dishes. Service was friendly and drink orders refilled when needed. The restaurant is rather small and two other parties of five + persons each were also patrons so the noise intensity was quite high at this time. The restaurant was clean.
We needed a break from the car and some food for lunch. We got off the freeway because there was a "Food" indicator on the standard interstate exit sign. After a very short drive, we came to a small shopping center (Woodbridge Center) and Sal's was located at the end opposite where we entered. This is a very casual place -- you go to the counter and place your order. It is then brought to your table. My wife had a slice of pizza which was served on a paper plate. She said it was tasty. I had the veggie bruschetta which was delicious, on a par with some of the bruschetta I have had in expensive restaurants and better than many. The man at the counter was very pleasant. The server was a man of few words but he did his job. Overall, we were pleasantly surprised and recommend this if you are driving buy. Incidentally, it appeared that the other customers were local residents known to the staff so they must have a good local reputation.

This casual pizza place advertises that they a lso have a great crab cake and crab soups. We thought that this could not possibly be true, but we were wrong. One of the best and meatiest crabcakes we have ever had. The crab cake consists of plenty of solid chunks of fresh crab. That is it; no fillers. We had ours broiled, which gave them a light brown coating-perfect. The cream of crab soup is quite zippy, fresh and tasty, as well as filling. I would skip the french fries though. Not crisp or hot. Choose a different side if you want one.Staff is friendly, extremely helpful and quick. This place does a big takeout business, but we chose to eat there; table service was good; everyone at Gus's wants you to enjoy your meal. We did. Hope you do the same.

On the way back from Virginia we stopped in at this restaurant. Amazing place with great service and fabulous food! Since I love seafood, Hubby thought we should try it. We had a nice waitress named Katelyn. She was sweet and professional. We ordered shrimp with stuffed crab meat for me and crab cake for Hubby. Both came with a side salad and I had a choice of Greek or house salad and I picked a Greek salad and I thought it was the right choice. My shrimp stuffed with lump crabmeat was absolutely delicious! There were three and I finished two and took home one to eat the next day. Hubbyâs crab cake was always very good but my dish was better. I thought this place nailed it. The amazing crabs have landed here. The truth is that theyâre generous with crab meat when it comes to stuffed crab meat and crab cake. We would like come back when the trip brings us back to Virginia or Maryland. Thank you for leaving us a fantastic review! We're glad you had a great time with us and joined us while on your way home from a trip. We look forward to seeing you soon and remember you can always order our delicious Crab Cakes online.

Service is always excellent. Owners and staff very pleasant! They aim to please! Something looks good, but you'd prefer a different sauce, just ask! Great place for a couple, friends, family, or special occasion. Family owned, not a chain! Homemade pretty much everything!, Don't want pasta? They have hand cut steaks fixed Italian style or American, as well as other "non-Italian" dishes. Been going here for over 30 years, and we will keep going back. Cost? You definitely get your money's worth! You'll be taking your leftovers home! Gluten free and vegetarian offerings. Plenty of parking!Your kind review is truly appreciated. Thank you kindly for sharing and we sure hope you can come back soon to dine with us!
