Went the frankies to celebrate my 50th x food was excellent but the waitress alex made our dining experience the best, she was efficient, friendly, funny and helpful when my daughter wanted something that had been discontinued, just perfect to be honest, they should offer her a job in training she could teach most waiting staff a thing or two x we were so impressed that we even asked the manager over to sing her praises! well done frankies

Visit here with the Mrs for our anniversary. I'd never been despite living in Hucknall for most of my life. The food was possibly the best we had ever tried. The staff were friendly and helpful and the premises are beautiful. The prices are very reasonable, the cocktails are great and the ice cream is absolutely incredible. We had 5 tapas, 2 sides, 3 cocktails each and dessert for just £80. I've never been so happy to hand my money over. Will definitely be back and actually can't wait to do so!

Having lived in Kimberley for a number of years and been a regular, but following a career change now 'down South', we booked for a Northern family and friends party. From the first inquiry, it was the same helpful, friendly and professional service I've known. On the night, the food (for nineteen) was outstanding with time between courses for everyone to chat, some even managed a desert. Sinatra's is really worth a two hundred mile round trip!Hi SimonSo delighted to hear that yourself, family and friends enjoyed your evening and a good time was had.All the best for the future Cath & Simon have a happy life.Kind regardsAll th Staff at Sinatras

3 of us came for dinner on a Friday night which was quite a busy time. We were seated quickly but it was a while before our order was taken. The menu had a good variety of choices including salads and pasta if you don't want pizza. I had the chicken Caeser salad which was large with plenty of toppings. It also came with dough sticks were hot, soft and lovely. Slow service aside, i would come back to try several things from the menu.

This was my first visit by the off chance, the first restaurant we chose was fully booked so we werenât recommended by a friend. Upon arrival we were greeted by a young man who we seemed an inconvenience to his life. The restaurant was empty and yet my table of two was shoved in the corner. We ordered a starter, but had to tell the waiter that we will order a main in the next few minutes as he didnât even give us a chance to settle down. Our drinks came in pub âJohn Smithâ glasses... was not impressed. The starter was mediocre but at this point I was so hungry from driving around. Before we even got a chance to finish starter our main came flying out... the presentation of the steak was disgusting just thrown on with no care ... for £17 I refuse to pay for such food. The tomato ketchup was so cheap it was a light pink, I have always said you can tell a restaurant from the ketchup. I then asked the waitress is this all it comes with and she said well you didnât order salad this is what it comes like .... trust me an ice burg leaf and a day old tomato will not make this steak look any better. I then asked the waiter to speak to the manager, who straight away came out with an attitude. I asked for the menu which he would not give me and pulled it away from my hand just saying âyou ordered no saladâ numerous times... his attitude was disgusting and he just walked off without even asking to see what else I would like to order. I did not order anything else and we just paid for our starter and drinks (friend paid for her main) ... I am never returning here, hopefully Gordon Ramsay will see this and make a change.
