Located in EK shopping centre Zucca Piada Bar is the ideal spot for Breakfast or Lunch. Fresh homemade, filled foccacia, hand rolled pizza, pasta and of course our Piada all made to order. We also offer a takeaway menu 7 days a week
On a rare, surprise trip to East Kilbride, we stopped off for Lunch at this, new to us, Piada Bar. We were drawn by, being nosey OAPâs, as to what a Piada was!I chose a Cajun Chicken Piada, while my wife chose an Italian Club Piada. Both beautifully presented and extremely delicious and tasty. I finished with a bica, which was strong and piping hot - perfect for me.The young staff were friendly, courteous and highly efficient, which always adds to our overall experience. A very, very enjoyable Lunch.

Following on from my frequent visits to your Hamilton restaurant as I worked in the same street, I was looking forward to my visit, however I was left bitterly disappointed. From sitting down to getting our starters we were almost an hour and didn't get our mains for another 40 odd minutes. Only to be given uncooked pasta which was not "Al dente" but totally inedible, I sent it back only to be given back the same hard pasta that had been blasted in the microwave for 10 seconds, I tried to eat it but ended up sending it back and going home hungry, luckily despite being a complete cooking novice I can actually cook it better myself. The pizza had great flavours but was beyond watery so the toppings just slid off. I go to Italian restaurants weekly and this is definitely the worst.

Went here at 6pm Father's Day,staff were helpful and friendly,piña colada was 1/2 glass of mushy dark water,I complained I was given a new one which was great.Steak was chewy and not great, didn't complain as we had a discount voucher for our main meal. Then shock horror 20 % added to the bill for vat which I thought couldn't be right. How wrong was I won't be going again. Will make sure my friends are aware now,so a Father's Day let down.

Always busy no matter what time of day you visit. Fab atmosphere. Excellent food. I had my usual half pasta pizza combination as did my daughter. Well presented and tasty. Unfortunately there was no fish for my dad so he had the ministrone soup and a chargrilled chicken club sandwhich. He enjoyed the soup but wasted the club sandwich and most of his chips. We visited in January and there was also no fish which is why my dad goes there for the fish tea so disappointing for him on both ocassions.

Hadnât been here for 4 months, so I decided to give it another go. Same good value £9.99 menu for 2 courses (£3 supplement for chicken dishes). I had the mozzarella cubes to start followed by the chicken stroganoff with chips. I also had berry cheesecake to finish and an Irn Bru to was it down. All for £20 plus tip. The service was prompt and friendly (it was a quiet night) and the food was good. Will be back.

Bella Italia have over 100 Italian restaurants across the UK serving pizza, pasta, Italian classics and more, made with ingredients from Italian-family producers.
Been here a few times and you always know what to expect. Consistently good. It's not the best Italian restaurant in the world, but its reasonably priced and the staff were very helpful, chatty and made the experience a very pleasant one. The food is always good and you know what to expect. Its now a go to for us and will happily return yet again.

No matter the occasion, Zucca really does have something for everyone as itâs the perfect place for a business lunch, a romantic meal for two, a celebration, or a family get together. The menus at Zucca constantly evolve to take advantage of the best, fre
We ate from the early dinner menu, three courses for £16.95. This was fantastic value. There is plenty choice and all six dishes we had were cooked very well with good size portions. The restaurant is well laid out so you don't feel too close to your neighbouring diners. The staff were attentive, friendly and there is a very relaxed atmosphere. This was a first visit for us but won't be the last. I usually shy away from Italian restaurants and I often feel I never got value for money but certainly can't say that about Zucca.Make sure and book because there was not an empty table in sight. That says it all.
