I have eaten at Prima Pasta several times, and have always loved it. But today while we were there with our agency we have never been treated so poorly. The room was loud and hard to hear the wait staff at times. The waitress was extremely rude because we did not hear her the first time she announced something. She got very mouthy with a couple people at our table. Then put one of our plates in the window and walk out of the room mouthing at us. I went and talked to the manager and he said he would speak with her. On my way back to the table she continued mouthing at us.

It's a trendy place in the middle of Brownwood Texas. Not the place you would expect to have such gourmet food. The burgers are delicious and the gelato yummy. Expect to pay a bit more for your food. It's a chef driven restaurant but I go there every time I'm in town. It's a great getaway.

Everything my husband and I have ever ordered at this restaurant was absolutely delicious. Best Fettuccini Alfredo we've ever had. Wonderful hot bread and butter served with meals. My husband loves the Chicken Parmesan, I love the Eggplant Grinder (hot hero sandwich). Pizza is also excellent. Large portions, good servers. Our go-to place in Brownwood for birthdays, Valentines Day, Mothers and Fathers Day, etc. Highly recommended!
