The city is south of Saint Paul and lies on the south bank of the Minnesota River, upstream from the confluence with the Mississippi River. Eagan and nearby suburbs form the southern portion of Minneapolis–St. Paul. The population of Eagan was 64,206 at the 2010 census and currently ranks as Minnesota's 11th largest city. I saw a review posted of Piada and complimented DaVonna H's photo. Since I was going to the Mall of America, I planned on going here for lunch.I ordered the Basil Pesto Pasta and added chicken. This was very good! Really good pesto flavor. The only thing I didn't like was he had the pan on the grill, put all the ingredients in, and then passed it to another guy who put it all together. It just sat there while he was doing a complicated salad for the woman in front of me..."Dang, it's a salad...why complicate things?" which was going through my mind.They were out of the peach iced tea, so I settled for the orange Italian soda. So by the time I found a seat, I'm not sure if the pasta had cooled down because of my search or that the pan wasn't hot enough. Other than that, it was good and the staff was friendly.There are so many places to eat. I would skip all the fast food and chain places and give this one a try.

We arrived all 10 of us and out table was ready for us. We had excellent waitstaff. We started with two appetizers; bruschetta and calamari. Both were very delicious. Then we had the green apple salad. This was superb. We had a variety of entrees to fill everyoneâs taste. We were not disappointed.Of course to dessert with tiramisu and the brownie sundae. We were all happy.The hit for the restaurant is all the artwork, so much to see.Thanks for a nice time for our family.Thank you, 3620, for the rave review! I ordered takeout with delivery.This is really good thin crust, with great red sauce and fresh ingredients. We had a large peperoni, and onion.Also added cheesy bread (very good) and a liter of soda. They have a coupon for these three items!All hot items came piping hot within 40 minutes! Well done Carbones team!!

We were very much in luck that Italian Pie Shoppe was open for us to buy two deep dish pizzas. I ordered them in advance, a black olive-pepperoni-sausage, and a green olive-Canadian bacon-onion one. Both were ready for us to bake at home.When we got to the store, they were ready. Both pizzas had a lot of toppings and were very good.We really love their product.

We were at Bald Man Brewing and ordered pizza, estimated delivery time was 60minutes, came in 45. The pizza looked amazing, but tasted like cardboard. If you look at my other reviews, I donât rate things very low, but this deserves the rating. The 5 of us couldnât even finish 1 of the 2 we ordered....the Margarita and Alfredo. We arrived at 7:55 PM when the store closes at 8 PM. The staff could not have been friendlier and the food is phenomenal. We ordered a cheese pizza to go and the entire family devoured it! Great crust, excellent sauce, superb cheese and fantastic service makes this a go-back to place. Thanks for making our night. My son loved the peach ice tea delivered from Italy. We have tried to find it many places and now have a go to place for our Italian specialities. Simply put - GO!

Bought some gift cards at Costco for this restaurant. Very friendly with a nice atmosphere. The service was prompt. The food was served hot and in an appropriate amount of time.Bread sticks and butter came first. The bread was warm. For our appetizers, my wife had the Veal Andiamo. She said it was slightly overdone but would order it again (hoping that next time it was cooked properly). I had the Spicy Chicken with pasta and marinara sauce. It's not on the menu proper, it was on a place card on the table. I am always worried that the restaurant's definition of spicy is different than mine. At first I did not taste the spiciness. About half way through my meal, I could taste it. The amount of heat was perfect for my tastes. I have never understood why people think that food is not properly seasoned unless you burn you taste buds.The prices were very appropriate for the entrees. I loved that we could make reservations, though on the Sunday night we went, we didn't need one. The restaurant was busy but still had some room for walk ins.
