A bar that serves food during the day, currently being renovated but it was ok food when I visited a few months ago.
Nice Guinness and tasty food, it looks small on the outside, which is replicated on the inside! but it is a very nice place to drop in for some drink + food.

Eat here on 2 occasions recently. The food was mouth wateringly delicious but oh my the wait was just awful. Chef is obviously under pressure - he cooks in full view of customers and you really feel for the guy but honestly to wait 25 minutes for a starter and a further 45 minutes for mains is just too much. This especially so if as you are being served you are told your table is needed back in 15 minutes - for real !!Choices varied, prices reasonable, BYOB with no corkage, beautiful decor, light bright surroundings - nothing not to like. Just need to get service down to a decent wait and this will be a spot to beat in Dundalk.

Although I am not a vegan this restaurant was picked because my daughter is a vegetarian. The food was very tasty and well presented. Service was prompt and friendly. All in all a very nice place to eat. Down side a little out of town and we did not know it did not have a drinks license.

(BYO)LICENCE Great Benefit For Our lovely Costumers can Bring Your Own bottle of wine with no corkage fee!!!
My husband came here with a group of work mates. He is Italian and trained as a chef in Italy. The menu was not a true Italian menu as most dishes had cream, there was so many pasta dishes with chicken, and chips came with the pasa and lasagne. These things just would not be on a menu in Italy. The potato salad starter was terrible. A mound of iceberg lettuxe with 3 small potatoes and huge amounts of creamy dressing. The fish of the day, the cod, tasted frozen as it was dry and like rubber.Tiramisu was also terrible. Not like the traditional Italian dessert at all.The one waitress was inattentive, not clearing empty plates for 20minutes as she was talking to some people near the till. Avoid this place at all costs!

We dropped in here as a pit stop on our way home from a day-trip to Belfast and were delighted by the quality of food on offer. The pizzas were authentic Italian pizzas with wonderful crusts and great mozzarella. My husband and I also had bresaola and a salami and cheese platter. We couldnât leave without trying the cannoli and tiramisu, which were both delicious. Highly recommend. Donât be put off by the restaurant decor. The food is very good.
