There are a lot of restaurants in Trogir, some very expensive, others moderate but apparently quite similar in what they offer. Jambo is in an enclosed shady courtyard with two other restaurants, which gets busy. Being vegetarian, limits our choice and we chose Jambo because there were tables available and the menu offered us choice of Italian food at a reasonable price. The service was good and friendly, the food also although nothing special there was equally nothing to complain about. We enjoyed our meal - pizza, lasagne and beers for 200kuna. It would suit families with children, young people and older adults alike.

Natural wood burning oven, delicious pizza, prepared by pizza chef handmade at the time it is ordered. Daily fresh ingredients, without any additives in dough. Biggest and richest portions... Tap beer, coffee, cold drinks...
Some reviewers have confused this place with one close by. Note that this place doesn't have waiter service. This place is opposite the bus station and a great place to get something pre or post trip or when you are in town. It's usually busy but the service is friendly and quick. It's just outside the main gate to the town ad as such prices are more reasonable than those places within the town walls. Portion sizes are large and the cevapi and fries I had very very tasty. Unfortunately, there isn't an official place to eat, however you can sit on the wall or unoccupied market stall. I took my food and ordered a drink at the bar by the river. The waiter didn't object at all.

We were disappointed about this place. Staff ignored us when we wanted to order something more. They offer you local aperitiv Prosek but they don't have it available. The cabbage salat was totally plain even the waitress set is with olive oil and salt. Prawn risotto was disgusting and extra parmesan which I got for extra money, the bowl was almost emty.

Elegant, comfortable atmosphere, relaxed , combined with excellent food and worty service. That's what makes KALETA's visitors their regular customers. Only fresh fish, meat and seafood, carefully selected vegetables and fruits - the are no trifles! Resta
Trogir promenade is lined with restaurants with various menus. My daughter and I chose this one, not only because the food looked tempting, but the staff seemed more friendly than some of the others. They were all very welcoming and offered help when trying to decide what food to order. Our meals were very enjoyable and reasonably priced. There's nothing rushed about the place and they're quite happy to let you sit and relax without trying to push more food and drink on you. A really lovely experience!

When we arrived, almost all tables were taken, but staff quickly found and cleared table for us. The waiter came immidately with menus, gave us time to decide what we're having, and food came on out table hot and within 15 minutes. The whole time they were really nice and attending eventough the restaurant was packed. And the food was excellent and good value for the money.

This very good restaurant offers you value for money. Outlook at the sea ouside. Very good menu and ver friendly waiter. We take a starte with cheese and Dalmation bacin with olives. Maincourse salmon from the grill with patatoes and spinace and grilled vegtebales. Together with local beer and good white wine. We will come back!

Both opted for a pasta dishes which were under the âappetiserâ section of the menu. These were both huge and more than enough for a main meal! We also tried the bread infused with garlic which was amazing!! The meal was reasonably priced but mainly because our dishes were appetisers..Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for seafood dishes or anyone whoâs keen on fresh bread (who isnât!)
