Good pizza...across from the Victoria Theater downtown. They sell it by the slice, which does separate it from most pizzerias in Dayton. The prices are a little steep - surely due to their location downtown. Additionally parking is difficult - nothing outside their door.

Following league tennis today we set our sights on Piada Italian Street Food. All Greater Dayton Metropolitan Areas Piada Italian Street Food restaurants are very good and we recommend all locations. Our arrival found the staff in a meeting, and they soon dismissed and began service.Today we were interested in the Diavolo Pasta, and in no time a great Diavolo Pasta was prepared and served. We like the all glass front dining area, and we noted a professional staff. The Diavolo Pasta was excellent.

My husband and I went to Deromaâs on the recommendation of a family member. We were not disappointed! The food was very good. We had the fried zucchini as an appetizer and a meatball and chicken roll for our entrees. Although we did not try any of their dinners, the couple around us raved at how good their meal was. Needless to say, we were impressed and will be back.

We had reservations for 6 PM but it was only 3/4 full. We started with cocktails, a Figlio Martini was $10 and a Bourbon Maple Smash was $9; both were good. There were several selections on the $20.19 Restaurant Week menu. She ordered the Peasant Salad, I had the French Onion soup, we both selected the Linguine Bolognese and finished with the Peanut Butter Ice Cream Pie. The meal was delicious! The salad was crisp and the cup of soup had just enough cheese and croutons. The Bolognese was filled with sausage and very meaty. The pie had just a taste of peanut butter which did not overpower the ice cream. Lia M. was attentive and pleasant.

Can always count on delicious unending salad. Soup was generous and tasty.Started with Chicken Gnocci, then added Minestrone. Service was over the top, from Donna.

We eat out all the time, and this is the most horrible dining experience we have had in years. Know before you go to their Dayton location that you can expect: warm beer, horrible service, mediocre food, unprofessional management, and gross atmosphere. Cleanliness is non-existent. Only one operating toilet was available for all the women in the restaurant. This place doesn't even get the basics right. Clearly evident in every way they do not put their customers first. Definitely won't ever go back.

It was our anniversary dinner so wanted to try a new place. We both love Italian but this place was disappointing. While the waitress was pleasant, we had to ask for bread, and later, for seconds on water, even though she had refilled a table of four near our table. The menu had limited choices - the Chianti only had one selection, and it was not good. The salad selection was limited to 3 kinds, with no regular side salad. The lasagna only came without meat (lasagna verde), and it had 2 sauces, marinara and white, layered. The white sauce was way too rich and it had way too much of it. The lasagna was swimming in it. Couldn't eat very much. On a bright note, the wedge salad was good, and my husband enjoyed his meatball appetizer. And the complimentary valet parking is a nice touch, though we didn't know about it ahead of time. All in all, next time we want to drive an hour to Dayton for Italian, we'll go to Mamma DiSalvo's or Troni's.

New York style pizza is right on. We watched the cook hand toss the crusts.Good show.At lunch there are specials, subs included, but this visit they were out of sub rolls. Mom likes the eggplant parm sub, but this visit she got a healthy almost dinner sized portion. Delicious and the sauce was too.Lunch time gets a little crowded, so come as early as you can. Opens at 11.Service is great.

Visited with 4 friends and we all enjoyed our lunch. However, service was slower than it needed to be. The server was friendly and all our orders came out correctly, but it seemed to take a long time between the time we ordered drinks and they were served, as well as when we ordered entrees and they were served. The restaurant was more than half full, but wasn't at capacity, so I don't understand why it was so slow.

Visit with family and friends after nine holes at Dayton Community Golf. Ordered Dr. Dre pizza, incredibly delicious and spicy with jalapeños, chicken, bacon, etc. Highly recommended...
