The restaurant has a beautiful terrace for drinks, a very well assorted vine boutique were you can select the wines, and a nice divided dinning room. The menu has an original selection of classical Italian dishes. We specially liked some of the pastas and risotos. The staff is very friendly and the service in good. The restaurant is not very large so it is necessary to make reservations.

Informação no atendimento é essencial!

It's a bistro: small cozy place, minimalist menu, not so many options. Good service, but overall the restaurant didn't impressed me, food prepared just correctlyThank you very much for visiting us and for your review! We hope to see you again, and maybe make an excelent impression with our great new menu! Our best regards, Seu Majó.

Pollaccia is not a conventional restaurant. It is the home and production site of the Italian Chessmaster Mr. Pollaccia and his Brazilian wife. They receive guest in their house only for dinner and with advanced reservation. The house has only a very small identification and it is difficult to distinguish from the other houses on the same street. We prefer the cheese sequence of five types of artisanal cheeses served with exquisite marmelades and Italian wine. Evidently, to order a cheese sequence you must love artisanal cheeses. When you make the reservation you have to choose what you are going to have. Besides artisanal cheeses they have other excellent dishes.

Came here with local friends. I got the Louvada APA which was pretty good, 500ml for R$20 which is farely priced. We had the Pantaneira, Stroganoff, and Frango/Catupiry pizzas to share. The pizzas came out pretty quick. My favs were the Pantaneira and Stroganoff. Good atmosphere...seems to have a good wine selection too...No complaints!

We went to this restaurant as we were staying in the Grand Odara hotel but did not go with particularly high expectations. We were however pleasantly surprised; the dinning room is quite elegant at night (although we had breakfasted in the same room this came as something of a surprise) and the two dishes we tried, prawn risotto and fish moqueca, were both very good. We seldom bother with hotel restaurants, but because the situation of this hotel precludes simply strolling around to 'suss out' nearby restaurants this turned out to be quite a good option.

The name is misleading because it is not a traditional Italian restaurant considering that it is specialized in cod dishes that are typically Portuguese. My favorite is cod with cream. The cold cod salad is also very good. The service is friendly and efficient. The vine list is simple with a very limited selection.
