Torniamo da Marzia per prendere finalmente un antipasto della casa PER DUE e una buona bottiglia di vino. Ambiente gradevolissimo, servizio ottimo, ragazze a servire ai tavoli cortesi e disponibili. Antipasto? tutto più o meno buono, comunque soddisfacente. Unica "scivolata", motivo per cui metto tre pallini e non quattro, del prosciutto di Faeto servito, pessimo! Palesemente tagliato all'inizio, le fette erano dure e poco gradevoli, in alcuni punti erano "scaglie" di prosciutto... Da non servire insomma. L'inconveniente è stato segnalato non a una ma a due cameriere. Il minimo che si poteva fare era sostituire la portata, al limite con dell'altro affettato. Peccato

Thick and perfectly cooked spaghettis served in a steal plate/bowl for only 6 euros. One advice: ask for not too much salt.The terrasse is in a much quiet place than the other restaurants by the castle which makes it very enjoyable.

In spite of the fact that this is an Italian restaurant, you don't feel this. You will yourself like a unique place where you can eat very delicious and extremely specific meals.The service was unobjectionable and very polite. This restaurant has a really nice and kind atmosphere.

Really lovely restaurant based on the perimeter of the Centro Storico of Conversano. There are many pizzas on the menu but my advice is keep it simple and you will get the benefit of the super fresh produce and the great bases. You can choose from Rosso (made with tomato) or Bianco (without tomato) and the varieties are endless. Really great service. We had some really awkward customers near us and they were handled with expert ease by the staff. Recommended.

Rampavilla was located up the steps from our B&B and as it was raining that evening and we did not want to get wet, we ducked in there to have dinner. We had their Rampavilla pizza & Greek salad. Good food and service, excellent value dinner!

It was staggering to see just how busy this restaurant was on a Thursday night in mid September.Without an advance reservation we would have had little chance of a table. We were impressed with the food and especially the fried anchovies, local pasta speciality and pork. Service was a little haphazard and slow apart from the Georgian waitress but perhaps understandable with the volume of diners.At cost of around â¬60 euros including a bottle of wine fair value.

This is the rooftop restaurant in the Corte Altavilla. The dinners are beautiful. Our first night we had the From thr Land Tasting Menu. It was superb. It cost â¬35 but was worth it even though this is very expensive by local standards. The second meal thrre I had Sea Bass and it was really lovely. Claudio is an attentive and efficient host. We just had an awesome lunch at Pasha in Conversano (Puglia). Chef Maria Cicorella describes her mission as âmistakes, sacrifices, growth and satisfactionâ and the MaitreâD was excellent. No wonder the entire experience was so enjoyable! The food and wine pairings were excellent and foodies will not be disappointed by this experience.

Quite a few restaurants were closed in Polignano as it was Monday night and this included the restaurant we had intended on visiting.Frankly, weâre pleased it was closed as this establishment in Via Roma was superb.Itâs easy to know when youâve found a good restaurant as the service speaks volumes. Here Lorenzo, our waiter along with his female colleagues were exceptional.The atmosphere was really good, the soft jazz was spot on and of course the food dishes topped it all off. The salads were fresh, the pasta and fish dishes brilliant and the Tiramisu was the icing on the cake!We are in Polignano for three nights and despite the choice of eating places weâve decided to go back tomorrow night.
