Excellent choice of pizzas perfectly cooked. Good quality ingredients. Restaurant has a healthy selection of big salads and a good choice of local cuisine. Their semifreddi are excellent as well. Good place to spend some quality time with friends or family, eating well, at a very decent price.

Have been eating lunch here every day whilst skiing in folgarida every year and it is exquisite. The staff are very organised, relaxed and very nice. It is run very efficiently and is not too expensive considering the food it serves is absolutely amazing! Everything is homemade and it lives up to the Italian food stereotype! The food is beautiful and very very tasty! Everything about this place makes staying there (as it is also a hotel) next year very tempting

Itâs a rifugio we chose to come to most often. It has a spacious terrace and plenty of deck chairs outside to enjoy the sun of which there is a lot in Val di Sol. Inside there is a bar and next to it a proper ristorante, we never visited. We usually had snacks, sandwiches and various drinks. Food is freshly made and portions quite big. At Solander everything is a fraction cheaper than elsewhere. Service is also very swift and polite. Remember, in Italy you order and pay first, then wait at the bar for your order. Getting up to there can be a bit tedious as the moving pavement is on only from time to time. Best come early, before lunch time, later crowds start occupying the ground floor and itâs hard to find a table. On upper floors is a hotel with spa, I know little about, except it must be very convenient to start skiing early before everybody else. Have fun!Good morning, thank you for your time to write your rewiew and we are happy you choose our Rifugio for your base point during your holiday in Val di Sole in winterseason. Thanks to your rewiew we know that you like our food and our good staff. So we hope to see you again in the future like our guest also maybe in the rooms!!!See you soon!!

Decorated in 'chalet' style, very warm and nice. Pizza is good, crust is very thin. Staffs are nice and friendly. Dessert is also great.

Staying in Madonna di Campiglio, we drove 30 minutes to this destination restaurant and it was our best meal in the area. Absolutely amazing locavore place run by a Chef without formal training (he's a ski instructor in the day time) but with great passion. Our group of 5 ordered all 4 appetisers and all 4 pastas, two mains, a vegetable side and three desserts, and the meal with several bottles of wine came to about â¬30 per person. Amazing value at twice the price. The menu probably changes depending on what's available but standouts were a very tender beef tongue, spaghetti with a cream sauce I am still dreaming of, risotto, lake fish and duck breast. Amazing bread basket! The deer tartare was interesting but not as memorable. The vegetable side was very unusual, with wild spinach and sweet carrots. If in the area this is a must go if you want a special experience (just make sure you have GPS because it is remote).

Pizzeria - Restaurants - Steak house - Local dishes thirty km 0 - gluten free cuisine - vegetarian cuisine.
It may as well be our last skiing holiday due to poor knees but La Buca we are going to remember most fondly forever. True, there is practically no competition in Folgarida itself, other restaurants being hotel restaurant with menu fisso(fixed menu) but still La Buca doesnât lower the standard on that count. The menu is extremely diverse with literary tenths of pizzas and pasta dishes, carbonara being my favourite. The best however is La Picanha, which you will have to order a few days in advance or Tagliata di Intercosta-in the menu. Both delicious. Also try local gnocchetti con ortiche(nettles)-absolutely exquisite. La Picanha is quite a show besides. The house red we had with our meals was quite good and espresso afterwards even better. Prices are moderate and the place is very friendly and perfect to relax âapre skiâ and enjoy your food. We will treasure the memory of the good time we had there.

The Dolomiti Restaurant and Pizzeria, situated in Via Gole, Dimaro, near the Dolomiti Camping Village and Val di Sole Rafting Centre, offers dishes in the culinary tradition of Trentino, pizzas at lunchtime and in the evenings and the finest Trentino wine
By checking the other tables, the pizza didn't look good at all, we ordered 2 though. They confirmed us what we saw, they don't taste good, they are full of cheese and after eating them, you need to drink a lot of water. On the second day, we gave it a second chance. We order the pappardelle with mushrooms and a plate with trout filet and cooked vegetable. The pappardelle were ok, but the vegetables of the other plate were full of butter, the fish didn't taste good either. To close, the tiramisu was dry.

We chose this place almost at random and that was an excellent choice! The location is amazing, the place is a restructured maso, an old country farmhouse, with beautiful interiors. The atmosphere is classy but not austere, service is attentive without being too rigid. Food is simply excellent. Raw ingredients are of the utmost quality; desserts are absolutely phenomenal. Price is more than adequate, all these things considered. We will most definitely go back.
