National chains are pretty much the same. There might be a mess up in the kitchen, but service on the floor is the key. Unfortunately that was our situation. I'm guessing that the young lady that did not speak good English was a recently released trainee. She didn't know the menu and had to look things up. In most situations she seemed to be looking around for help but did not receive. She referred to the children as babies, and one informed her that she didn't like that and that she wasn't a "baby". She continued to call them babies ... no respect. The waitress failed to check on us, couldn't count the number of boxes needed after being told. Food was average, service was poor. Tip reflected the issue.

My husband and I stopped by for lunch after being in the area for a medical appt. This is right across the street from Tennova Hosp. and down the street from Premier Medical Center. We had a delicious pizza with a nice thin, crispy crust loaded with pepperoni and chicken wings. Service was great. Immaculately clean place. Seating outdoors. Must say we were attracted by the delivery service! We do enjoy pizza but often one of us will want something different. We received a flier on our door and it was complete with menu and prices! Winner! My husband loves their sandwiches - steak and cheese - Italian - all were good and we do like their pizza as well. Lots of choices for topping and crust preferences AND IT IS NOT GREASY! Highly recommend

I have had pizza from just about every pizza shop in clarksville only to end up back at Luigi's. The pizza is always delivered hot and fresh. I love the crust and they use real cheese. You can't beat the $10 special. For large groups the Texas size is the way to go. It's huge.

I have mixed feelings about NYPD Pizza. The pizza is excellent, but pricey. They only have one size which makes it bad for single folks to eat. The seating area is sparse and not appealing at all and the service is typically fair at best. The wings are good. Also when they run out of dough they are done for the day so get there early
