The following review is about my experience in Bucaramanga:I started visiting this restaurant in 2010. One of the highlights or classic meals here is certain executive lunch: tomato soup, caesar salad and thick lemonade.The price is roughly the same after 6 years. To my dismay the size of the salad has been shrunk. A palatable dish, yet.... (Back in the day , the salad used to be half a bucket in size)The salads are still the main reason people keep coming. But sizes have been narrowed down.Price in euros/dollars 5-6

It's as if Leo took the best of his restaurants in Bogota and put them into one in Chia. Great service and food is top notch. Wine selection is excellent.

Iâve been on Chia visiting for 10 days and I have found my go to restaurant. Itâs just off Central Park (great location) and it hits the mark on quality, service and especially value. The owner clearly takes great pride in providing the best dining experience in its class. Iâve had the pizza, hamburger and steak and all have been outstanding. It is an open and entertaining kitchen to watch. I highly recommend you check it out .

The food is not bad but not the best italian you will ever have. I do like the pizzas though. A little expensive and the service is not the best here but I think that is pretty normal for Colombia.

Pietra es un restaurante pensado para compartir con amigos, su diseño campestre hace que los clientes quieran estar más tiempo en el sitio, tiene muy buen servicio, los sabores de las pizzas son muy ricos, les recomiendo la pizza de Manzana y Tocineta deliciosa. En cuanto al precio comparado con a calidad de sus productos es accequible para todo el mundo que quiera gozar de los sabores que tiene la comida italiana.

Hands down the best pizza and lasagna we've tasted in this country. The porcheta not to be missed. Only 5 minutes from Andres Carne de Res with more reasonable prices at a relaxed atmosphere.

Proyecto de cuatro socios que ofrecen comida italiana verdadera con ingredientes de alta calidad y sin ninguna pretensión que no corresponda. Comida mediterránea como debe ser. Recomendados principalmente la entrada de calamari fritti, lasagna, la porchetta, Saltimbocca, la putanesca y la pizza nostrano.

The food in this beatifull restaurant is very good. The pastas an specially the tortellines filled with ricotta and spinach, were excellent. Also the osobuco was very good. I don't give 4 points because the service was good, but it took a lot of time to get to take our orders. The bar system,( although very well stocked with good staff) It took years to get the drinks. And we had to ask 3 or 4 times to get them to our table

You canât go wrong by choosing Semolina, food is quite delicious, restaurant decoration and place in general is very comfortable, either if you choose inside or outside. I think they overrated themselves with the price adjustment for 2018 by increasing all plates over 20%, but even though is still a great restaurant.
