Blue Marlin Changzhou is located in Manhattan Plaza ,the center of Xinbei District. Blue Marlin is an authentic European and American style restaurant where you can enjoy from delicious selection of food and drinks.
I've been to the Blue Marlin multiple times, always for the band! I've had a few salads and chicken dishes, a few mocktails - all very mediocre and sometimes even lacking in important ingredients! But the staff always tries to help, even if they don't even realize what is on their menu. Go for the cover band and enjoy the atmosphere.
I went to visit this restaurant which is supposedly located in Nanjing, or it appears on your map of nanjing near the Hilton Hotel. It was only after we could not locate it at the location stated that we enlisted some local Chinese help, they called the Restaurant and found it was in Changzhou not Nanjing. I had missed checking the whole address, relying more on the map location reference our hotel in Nanjing. The map coordinates must be wrong.

Summer is positioned in the center of changzhou. In the same building as place with the downtown pizza hut. It is the best place in changzhou for international food. very popular for expats and foreigners in the area.
Love the HUGE hamburgers and chicken burgers. Personally, I love the salads the most. Fresh and tasty. Good variety of foods cooked western style and great prices. Sometimes is too crowded and need to sit on 2nd floor which is not as desirable as the first. Most of the staff is friendly, but service can be slow at times.

I've been hearing about this location for some time as its very near my apartment. I'd been to their location south of town and it was great but out of the way. This location is in Xinbei. I stumbled upon it when I was looking for the place that my mate was going to be playing the guitar in. I'll review that place later once I get the name right. This Monkey King is across the street. The menu wasn't quite as extensive as the southern location but we had the deluxe pizza and chicken wings and they both were very good. The beer was very cold but remember you have to ask for it that way. I'm not a huge pizza fan but this was the best I've had in my 10 months in China. The coffee bar/ pub across the street is the real deal with a very cool vibe and live plugged in acoustic. Reminds me of a small in club in California.

So we made reservations for dinner, 4 people, @ 6:00pm on a Saturday. I needed a Chinese friend to make the booking as the person I spoke to had seriously limited English, but this is China, so it should be expected.Showed up for dinner, no need for reservations as the place was 3/4 empty. We were seated, and handed menus. The Chef came over introduced himself and told us because it was a special day in China, (5/20, Chinese Valentine day)we could order off the set menu, (6 courses ~975rmb/couple, including 3 glasses of wine. ), or off the normal menu. We chose the set menu.Food was....okay, seriously, I've paid much less for significantly better food, and I've paid more for outstanding food. this food was just okay. In hindsight I should have ordered off of the menu rather than have the set meal. After our first glass of wine, (a sparkling rose), the wait staff forgot about the other two glasses of wine and we have to go talk to the chef to get the other two. Everyone was friendly/polite, service was excellent, atmosphere was great, food was okay. I will make a point of eating here again, BUT I will order from the menu next time.
