In the season you should make a reservation - be sure to get a place on the terrasse. Pizzas good and does not cost extra compared to elsewhere. Mixed grill was very tender. Ripasso wine great.A positive experience - We asked about grappa, looked at different products and was told to take a couple of bottles to the table and taste. We only tasted one of them but could have done both. Nobody ever checked up on this and the bill just charged for one....

We enjoyed a delicious dinner at this bustling restaurant. We were brought out a platter of the catches of the day and chose a scorpion fish, which was perfectly prepared. The truffle pasta was fresh and very good. We had a reservation but managed to arrive on time even after having challenges with Google maps. We would've given an excellent rating but it took quite a long time for someone to get to our table and there was a little confusion of who our server was assigned us.

Rather disappointed! Was here last year and it was so good that we ate here 5 times. You were greeted with a glass of sparkling wine, the food was excellent, a huge dish of pasta with sea food and the carbonara was delicious!! Whats happened? No sparkling wine, no pasta with sea food and no carbonara??? The food we had was just ok nothing special, which was a real shame as we had talked so much about this resturant and could'nt wait to eat there again!! Sorry but wont be going there again!!

Passed on cycle out & looked good & prices reasonable. Just a pizza each (expecting a 6") as â¬7.50 & some chips please. Well eyes popped out head at this delicious enormous pizza that was presented to us. Great coffee bargain â¬1.50 too. Other diners food looked absolutely delicious & plentiful. Recommend if you in vicinity.

I don't know what all the fuzz is about but this restaurant had very poor service and the food is just average. Pizza was ok. The seafood pasta was good. But the tiramisu was very disappointing. Why is this the number 2 restaurant with such a high score? In order to downgrade this joint.. just 1 point given.

Nice restaurant waterfront , home made pasta and traditionals garda lake cusine , romantic view
We had the Lasagna for two which was beautiful. The staff seem very friendly and welcoming. There is parking on the street about 100 metres north of the restaurant. (Itâs paid parking and is â¬1.50 per hour, we paid for 2)They donât serve pizza here. Also the soft drinks are expensive.

I really advise this restaurant. Amazing dish, very fresh food and with a nice wine cart (unfortunately without Emilia Romagna wines ;-)...Itâs a joke Iâm a wine producer). The location are fantastic, front lake with a beautiful view. If you are in the area you have to discover this restaurant! Very nice and friendly people. All was wonderful.See you next time and thanks.

The meal was disappointing. All courses featured local lake fish (char, pike, perch) which IMO are simply not species that have a pleasant texture or flavor. This is a 3 hour price fixed service at EUR 60 per person one of the most costly meals we had on our trip and far from the most enjoyable. I was stunned to learn that even the 2 children in our group, who refused to eat the fish, and had a hamburger and pasta instead, were charged full price. Our waiter was fine and the wines offered were OK. The environment was very nice but parking was difficult. I liked the dessert but even the complimentary Limoncello could not erase the taste of perch and pike lasagna. If we love lake fish, don't mind poor value, and have 3 hours to dine you might like Osteria al Pescatore.

Hello and welcome to Aeolus. Tradition and Innovation establishing the perfect balance. Now, make yourself comfortable and follow us on a journey without any space and time, carrying yourself away in a world of different flavours.
If you want a meal in Gargnano look no further. Whether inside or outside the restaurant has the perfect setting, truly incredible food (the risotto was incredible as was the local white fish as was the tiramisu!!!) and outstanding/friendly service. The food was truly excellent- taste, presentation, slight twist: it had it all. Philip, who runs the place, is passionate about delivering an outstanding experience on every count and he has delivered. Look no further. Aeolus is really good value given how top rate it is. This is a very high and strong recommendation.
