We were furniture shopping across town, and wanted to avoid Steeler's traffic coming home, so we decided to stop at this Olive Garden location for an early dinner around 3:30 p.m.. We frequent a family-owned Italian restaurant in our area. I can honestly say that the "quality" of the food at Olive Garden is always very good. So, I have no complaints with the food. I ordered the eggplant parmesan. Honestly, it was excellent. My husband ordered the Trio, and enjoyed it. What I do have a problem with is the service. When we arrived, we were told that there would be a 15 to 20 minute wait. OK, so I notice the restaurant is filled about 1/2 capacity, and the Hostess states that they only have so many Servers there at the moment. Note that there are THREE "hostesses" at the stand, and one BEGINS waiting tables "after" we were seated. So, 25 minutes later ⦠giving a pass as I get that people call off, I see the Manager busy working and helping out ⦠so, OK. They're busy! Then we're seated. Finally, our waitress acknowledges us. I order a beer. I wait ⦠I wait â¦. finally our water is brought to the table. No beer. I wait ⦠I wait ⦠I wait ⦠I finally ask the Server if the bartender had to tap the keg. She respond that there is only one bartender, and he was really backed up. OK. Finally, beer arrives! We place our meal order. We wait â¦. we wait ⦠we wait â¦. salad and breadsticks arrive. Five minutes later, another Server brings us our meals. Honestly, very poor timing. I like to enjoy my salad "before" my meal is placed in front of me. Now ⦠we have finished our meal â¦. we wait ⦠we wait ⦠we wait ⦠finally my husband pushes the button for service. Honestly, WORSE SERVICE that I can recall. Pity because the Server was very nice, just didn't have it together. We will NEVER return to this Olive Garden based on the service; it was HORRIBLE! Maybe an off night, but truly a miserable service experience. I'm giving a three rating because the food was very good.

We ordered a large plain Sicilian with extra cheese. It was delivered to our hotel ahead of the quoted time which was awesome. The pizza was nothing special...we paid $3.xx for extra cheese and the pizza still had spots in the middle without cheese. Iâd hate to see the pizza without extra cheese. Overall it was just mediocre (it canât be too exciting when itâs just plain, I know) but it wasnât the best plain pizza weâve ever had.

Six sorority sisters gathered today at this restaurant to celebrate a dear friend who has been given some difficult health news. Vincentâs was centralized for everyone to travel, meet and eat lunch. The restaurant was kind enough to let us get caught up and laugh and cry and hug before we finally placed our order - probably 1 hour later :)The menu is extensive. One sister purchased the warm seafood salad, two others had the grilled chicken salad, two sisters had hoagie type sandwiches and the others had small pizzas. I had a small white spinach with chicken. It was very delicious and I could only eat half. The remainder came home with me! Everyone raved about their meals. My one friend mentioned she comes with friends to sit outside on the large patio in the summer. That sounds like fun I will have to give that a try. The only thing to mention, if you need to use the washroom, you must climb several steps to the second flood. I do not know if they have an elevator but if you have physical restrictions, I would recommend giving them a phone call.

Il Burloni is in a strip mall in the suburbs of Pittsburgh. The place is small and loud, but those are the only downsides. It is BYOB and has a small corkage charge. We all thought our meals were excellent and reasonably priced. Outdoor eating area under cover. Will definitely go back,

Raya's Pizzeria Provides Pizza, Hoagies, Calzones, Wedgies, Salads, Wings, Desserts, And Coupons To The Carnegie, Pennsylvania Area.
I've ordered pizza and subs from Raya's over the past few years and I have enjoyed everything I've tried. Unfortunately, I think it may be time to find another place to order from because the customer service is absolutely abysmal. When ordering or picking up the order the staff act as though you are the biggest inconvenience to them. It is such a shame because I do like the food, but I'd rather not inconvenience them with my order of a simple pizza. I don't expect rainbows and sunshine, but simple manners would be appropriate.

We called to see if we could reserve space 3 or 4 weeks in advance. They told us they don't take reservations, but that we shouldn't have a problem. They took our name and also told us to call the day of. Sounds suspiciously like a... I don't know... reservation?? So we did that. We show up for our "reservation" and guess what? Restaurant is full, and the rude employees are claiming they have no idea what we're talking about and have no record of our name. Ok, how long will we have to wait for tables to open up? They have no idea, could be hours. Did I mention this was my wedding rehearsal dinner? I was pisssssssssssssssed. Maybe don't tell people that their wedding rehearsal party of 17 will have no problems getting into your restaurant? This was several years ago and out of the kindness of my heart then, I didn't post a scathing review. Fast forward to this New Year's Eve and we find ourselves at Sarafino's with a group of friends. We get seated and in my absent-mindedness of their BYOB policy, order a Titos and soda. A large, sloppy, obviously drunk man proceeds to make fun of me the entire night because of it. "How's your Titos??!!" He yelled to me several times. Did I mention the sloppy man was the owner of Sarafino's? My friend called the restaurant ahead of time on NYE to see how late they're open etc. They tell her we can't arrive until 5 or 6 pm because there's a PRIVATE PARTY SCHEDULED for 4 pm that day. You mean a PRIVATE PARTY that was RESERVED for 4 pm that day??! I thought to myself, "That sure AS HELLLLLLLL had better be a Sarafino's employee party." I suspect Sarafino's caters to their "regulars" in the Italian Crafton Mob. Although our waitress was polite and efficient, and the food is good, the service is reprehensible. If you're not the owner's friend, you don't matter. Why be professional and kind to customers or keep your filthy restaurant clean when you can get by on the business of your friends?

A club I belong too hosted their annual dinner mixer at Scoglios. Since my Wife and I were part of a big party, we did not order off the menu, instead were offered a choice between three entrees. I chose the Veal Parmigana and my wife had the Broiled Scrod. We were also provided a table pass-around pasta plate (very generic) and interesting soup. The Soup was similar in appearance to egg drop soup but had a slightly italian bent, as if it was a fusion between the two styles. I like it but was not apt to order it again, on my own. The veal parmigana was excellent with very tender veal and a generous amount of cheese along with just the right amount of sauce. Overall, I would recommend this restaurant but would not necessarily go back myself.

We visited after searching for dining spots in the area. The folks were super welcoming and the service professional and friendly. The food was fantastic, specials were terrific especially the cream corn cavatelli. A very nice menu to choose from, you will have no problem selecting your favorite. I will definitely return.
