We ordered a medium pizza for takeout on the way to our hotel as we were hungry after the drive from Halifax. We asked for black olives, green peppers and mushrooms. It was larger and more expensive than I predicted. Hard to tell since the pizza prices are not on their website. It tasted good, filled the bill and it lasted three days, and we ate the whole pizza! It looked like the pizza in the photo.

Cheticamp's place for pizza since 1993! For over 25 years Wabo's has been serving pizza, donair, subs, wings, poutines, garlic-fingers, pasta, etc. to many happy customers. Wabo's has been a mainstay among the younger generations and now as they get older
ProsWaitress was hustling up and down stairs from kitchen to tables despite the heat wave!Inside and outside patio was niceStaff very friendly ConsSeevice painfully slow We ordered one pizza to split and we waited 30 min for itPizza was very greasy as a pool of grease was in middle of pan once we cut itPizza was not very good at allI think you are Paying for the location of water front and the cuteness of the physical restaurant but the food and speed of service is not very goodThank you for your review. I'm sorry we did not meet your wait time standards, but with how busy we are in the summer months, I think 30 minutes is not unreasonable, especially since we service 2 restaurants through our kitchen. We do not make pan pizzas (greased pans placed in oven), our pizzas are cooked in an air deck oven as is (dough directly on the grills), and placed in the pan once it is cooked, so depending on your pizza's ingredients, it is possible some of the juices pooled to the middle of the pan once you removed a slice. Either way, I'm sorry we didn't fully deliver in this aspect. We do take pride in the quality of our pizza and our service so I do hope you will give us another shot next time you are in town.

Restaurant, bar and coffee shop. Glace Bay's place to Take a Load Off!
We were greeted and promptly brought to our table! The decor has changed and improved. The menu has also changed with the new cook. Our meals were tasty but we waited for a very l-o-n-g time to receive our meals! The waiter was very pleasant but he had so many tables to deal with. The hostess (owner I was told) could have poured the water, checked on other beverages, etc. but she did nothing but sit up front after seating people.Helping with the above would have allowed the pleasant server to deal with delivery food.

Cape Breton is wild, remote, beautiful, hard to get to, and diverse. We are out in the middle of Godâs country! The food is homey, not fancy or complicated. Williams Beach House stands out above the norm here. In fact it stands out above the norm in Bar Harbor, Quebec and Boston too. This small restaurant has a powerhouse kitchen. Opened just 3 months ago and closing for the season later in October, they provide a menu that embraces the local seafood fare with welcoming service to match. The wine list is small but respectable. The ambiance is small too but one gigantic body of water glistening out the picture windows with fresh sea breezes makes up for the smaller interior. Our wish is that they return to Ignonish next May and blow the foodie scene out of the water! Make a reservation and squeeze in!
