Very nice gourmet Italian in a clean, modern setting. The atmosphere was wonderful in this locally owned classy restaurant. It's on, Bonampak, the main road, right near the exit getting off the Hotel Zone, across from Superama Walmart Grocery and Starbucks. You can go into the downtown but not venture too far in. American tourists will love this. They have wait staff that speaks excellent English. Prices are great and the food was amazing. Also a private dining room for about 10 or so. Romantic, easy street parking.

Was recommended this restaurant from our hotel âconsigliereâ and was pleasantly surprised. Food was excellent, service was fairly attentive and quick. Ambience is definitely lacking though. My biggest complaint is, after coming to Cancun for 10 years, and dining out often, Iâve never had a restaurant ânot âtake American Express. Unfortunately, that was all I ever take out wit me, so you can imagine my embarrassment when I had to take a taxi to my hotel to grab another card. It does not state that anywhere, that AMEX is not taken. NOT COOL!!!!

We opted to get out of the hotel zone to a recommended Italian restaurant and we were not disappointed. Rinoâs has a great menu from bruschetta, pizza, pasta and more. I recommend a taxi going there simply because of the very busy streets of the location, and take the bus back to the hotel. A taxi can drop you off right at the door steps. Going by bus is much trickier due to the location of bus stops in this traffic area. They do accept reservations, but we did not make them and were seated immediately. They offer inside and outside dining. The menu is in English and Spanish. We were offered a complimentary garlic bread after our drinks were ordered, and it was very good. Puffy, covered in garlic butter. We had bruschetta, which was delicious, and I had a salad with pears that was awesome with a fruit dressing. We also had an eggplant appetizer wonderfully prepared. Others in the group had different types of pizza, oven fired, and tasted awesome. The breaded chicken with capers was delicious. The best part of all was the chocolate mousse for dessert! We were offered complimentary limoncello to top off our meal. Very reasonably priced and worth the taxi/bus ride.Buongiorno love2trvlCininnati,Thank you for your review, we love to read such incredible comments! we are delighted to know that our excellent service is paying off, you can be sure that on your next visit you'll receive the same excelence experience.

As guests of The Westin Resort & Spa, Cancun, this place came highly recommended by the concierge by claiming Cenacolo had great fresh pasta and good wine... to say it was just good would be an understatement.., our evening was FANTASTIC! My family and I (3 of us total) ordered one starter salad to share (the one with goat cheese, it was delicious), my parents then both got pasta dishes that tasted as fresh as suggested, and then I got the tuna seafood dinner which was AMAZING, melted in my mouth! Aside from the pinot grigo wine we ordered at the start of dinner (which was perfect) but after dinner, for dessert since it was my dad's birthday, we got a free flan and all the waiters to sing happy birthday - specifically our waiter Gustavo, he went out of his way to make the evening special, singing happy birthday, giving us all excellent food recommendations and was overall extremely kind and very professional, which made for an elegant evening. Will DEFINITELY be eating here again! Dear theplatinumpassportWe are pleased to know that you and your family enjoyed every detail of our Divina Cucina Romagnola in special of our hand made pasta, the tuna and wine.About the dessert, we are happy to read that a special day to your dad now is unforgettable. To Gustavo will be nice to know that your service was excellent. We hope to have the pleasure of serving you again.Best regards, and happy birthday to your dad.

Enjoy an exquisite Italian cuisine with the combination of the best service and decoration that makes the perfect ambiance for an unforgettable dinner.
My partner and I were just passing by and the restaurant is unassuming but has a beautiful atmosphere to it. The food was absolutely delicious. We ordered the octopus, baked fish, fettuccine and finished off with tiramisu. All was so well cooked, we were pleasantly surprised. We did not expect such good food and good service. Our waiter was Junco and really made an effort to make our night memorable. Thanks! It is a pleasure to know that you have enjoyed the quality of food and had a great service, especially from Junco. Your gratifications will be transmitted to him personally. Thank you so much for your excellent comments! Best regards!Guest Experience Manager

Italian Trattoria Restaurant, traditional Italian food, pizzas made in wood oven, dress code casual-formal, extensive wine selection, casual-elegant atmosphere, reservation is suggested.
My brother and I visited Emporio Cancun for my birthday week and had dinner at Bácoli Trattoria twice. My very first night dining there was great, the food was really good and our waiter was really nice. But my second visit to the restaurant which happened to be the day before leaving Cancún was by far my best experience at the hotel overall. To top off the excellent food served.... We had the pleasure of having Marco as our waiter and he was a complete joy. He was very pleasant and attentive. He provided us with lovely conversation and some good laughs. Although the conversation was brief I enjoyed very much getting to know a little about Marco. He also gave us some tips on where to find authentic Mexican food. I didnât have the opportunity to visit the places that Marco recommended due to time constraints but on my next visit to Cancún I will make sure that I do.Dear Eliyah JThank you so very munch for your raving review,is so great to know that you hd such a terrific time.Thank you specially for commending Marco´s Job.We look forward to host you again in the near future.Sincerely, Omar Vazquez Gaytan
