Miramar is located on the Malecon so you are able to gaze out over the ocean while you sample the fare. The drinks are pretty basic but the food is top-notch. I highly recommend the mero (sea bass)!

Amazing ocean view, food was delicious. They are right of the main hwy going from Cabrera to RÃo San Juan. Less than a mile.

Situated in a northern town of the Dominican Republic, Marcoâs La Rotunda is the perfect place for pizza in Cabrera in the DR. The freshness of the ingredients is clearly demonstrated in the taste. A personal favourite of mine is the classic Italian Margherita Pizza, simple but flavoursome. Despite its simplicity, the restaurant does not neglect quality. Itâs ocean-side location makes for a relaxing dinner in the Caribbean, with the sunset as the backdrop to dinner. I throughly enjoyed the multiple visits I made to this restaurant and would recommend to anyone who finds themselves in Cabrera!

Driving from Las Terrenas to Puerto Plata we found this place near Cabrera. A bit of a shock as we did not expect to find anything like it until hitting another mayor town. Excellent pizza and Calamaria (Fried squids) Very clean, fairly elegant. Food was very good and portions generous, reasonably priced. Service was excellent.Certainly a pleasant surprise during our "expedition" in the Republic. A bit retired, when we went was empty! but quiet and enjoyable. Keep it in mind if in the area. Great souvenirs just next door!

We went here for pizzas-prices are quite reasonable, and the pizzas are delicious. They compare favourably with a very good pizza in Toronto. They do take-out. Pizzas are very generous-two mediums were more than enough for a starving family of four.On a negative note, the service here is very slow-more or less the norm with (nice) Dominican restaurants. If you want fast service, go to a typical Dominican Comedor of Cafeteria. All in all, pizza is very highly recommended-probably the best in Cabrera & environs.
