Visited around 5.30 after shopping in the centre. It was quiet when we arrived but soon began to fill. They seemed a bit short staffed. The food was good, reasonably priced and was served quite promptly. The staff were great, friendly and helpful even though they were rushing around trying to fulfil everyoneâs needs. If the restaurant had been full it might have been a different story.

Artisan homemade cuisine from Francesco Alfano
Our favourite lunch spot in Newcastle under Lyme. We return here again and again. Love it. Pot of tea, sparkling water and strawberry milkshake. Followed by bacon and brie sandwich on white, tuna red onion and mayonise on granary and a Cheddar cheese omelette. Yum yum and we took our mum. A return visit is a MUST.

Located in the heart of Staffordshire, Pasta Di Piazza provides quality, cooked to order Italian dishes, using only the freshest of ingredients - each and every time. With two vibrant restaurants in bustling market towns of Stone and Newcastle-under-Lyme,
Convenient and parking is easy. We were all adults but found the restaurant above average noisy. The people who ate pasta dishes enjoyed the food more than the pizza dishes. The pizzas had too much base, not enough cheese or tomato and therefore seemed dry. There are better places to eat in the area.Thank you for your feedback regarding your dining experience and we're sorry to hear that you didn't enjoy your pizzas as much as our pasta dishes, as pizzas are certainly one of our most popular menu items. We do create all of our dishes from scratch with fresh ingredients, so we're more than happy to add more topping or rectify any issues for our customers if they let one of our staff know. I do hope you will consider making a return visit very soon.

I visited for the first time tonight with a group of friends. The cocktails are 2for1 before 7 on a weekday and every drink that we tried was delicious. We all had the tapas and I struggled to choose because everything sounded so good! The food was great and I will definitely be back to try the items I couldn't squeeze in this time. The only criticism was the pace of service, it's nice not to feel rushed but this was definitely on the slow side. Drinks took atleast 20 minutes each time and it was often difficult to find a waitress to flag down for another round or to even pay the bill.Hi there,Great feedback about your first visit to us - thank you very much. Thanks for letting us know how much you enjoyed our Tapas plate and Cocktails :)We will be sure to pass on all of your comments to the team for them to look into - please accept our apologies for the delay in our service - we do hope to welcome you back again soon...

I'm beginning to think I visited a different restaurant to the one being reviewed on here. There is no way I'd give it 5 blobs.First gripe is also the title of the review. There is a pool table on the first floor that attracts kids. Bashing balls and excited loud voices is not befitting a restaurant. I'd understand it if it was s pub but it isn't.The food was mediocre. I ordered a pizza and while the toppings were tasty the dough was under proofed and very 'doughy'.A friend had pasta that was overcooked and stodgy. Can't see us returning if we are ever back in the area.

Its cozy, authentic and has fantastic Italian food, whats not to like? The menu consists of a large selection of traditional Italian dishes all of which are cooked to perfection. This restaurant is perfectly situated if your having a meal before going to the Regent Theatre. However, please be aware this place is pretty small and as such i would always recommend booking in advance to avoid disappointment.
