Well, for European standards, specially Italian ones, this isnât really an Amazing experience, however, it is nice for a change. The menu is extensive, you have pasta options, pizza, sushi, salads....We stayed with the pizzas. The dough wasnât incredible and the prosciutto wasnât a real one but it tasted good. We ate at the terrace outside and it was a nice environment, not a typical Middle East restaurant at all.
Complex Bukhara tower has restaurant, museum, panoramic elevator and observation desk on 3rd floor, which is on 35 m. Restaurant of Bukhara tower serve European cuisine and Italian coffee.
We visited the cafe on the ground floor of the tower for lunch. The cafe is located on M.Karimov Street, which is a short walk west of the Ark. The cafe is simply decorated with four seater tables placed around the circumference of the room. The chairs were a mix of beige, red and black. We ordered two pasta dishes and glasses of juice. Whilst waiting for our order, we walked around the room and viewed photos of Vladimir Shukhov and the many towers which he designed. We thought that the display was well done and a conversation piece. Our meal was well prepared, tasty and reasonably priced. We heard that the elevator next to the tower provided access to the viewing platform, but didn't see any signage, so assumed that it was closed. There is an interesting silk road sculpture next to the restaurant showing a trader leading three camels. The beautiful Bolo Hauz mosque is a short walk south of the restaurant, and there are also a few parks where one can sit and relax.

We had our business dinner there and enjoyed the evening of traditional Uzbek food. Our hosts organized everything and paid for us, thus I can't tell how good that place price-wise (I hope not too expensive). It's a good place to dine when it's sizzling outside.
