Find out what Italian restaurants to try in Bremen. The second most populous town in North Germany, Bremen brings the high-tech, science and space industries together beneath a truly metropolitan backdrop. In a city where innovation, beauty and sophistication meet, it's impossible not to feel the life force. In this 1,200-year-old Hanseatic city, visit the Schlachte Promenade on the River Weser, the full-sized Columbus Space Module of the International Space Station and the Universum Science Center. Oh, and "Hanseatic" refers to an alliance of trading cities in the 13th-17th centuries. But you probably knew that.

I had no idea that cute little places like this existed outside of Italy. It's not especially Italian in terms of the food, but the whole layout of walking through the kitchen/deli into the main restaurant really reminded me of family owned Italian restaurants. From the street outside you'd have no idea what lies behind. The food was excellent though I was surprised that the restaurant was almost empty on a Wednesday evening. The menu is VERY small but very good and portions are not the usual monster-sized German dishes so you CAN justify a starter as well as a main.Very impressed.

Italian at its best is what we encountered when recently visiting Bremen Germany. The restaurant we visited is located at Schlachte 41 next to the river Weser.(not to be confused with another Bellini location. There is seating inside and out along the river so weather permitting you have a lovely evening watching the boats pass. The menu is varied, Antipasti, soups, salads, main entrees and desserts. Several pasta dishes including pizza also fish, chicken and meat dishes. There are a few choices also for vegetarian. For the starter we had the bread, olives and spreads basket. The oil garlic spread was very garlicy, the herb butter was also delicious and was nice with the homemade rolls. We had the calzone and All'Arrabiata.(You can choose from a variety of noodles for the pasta dishes. The All'Arrabiata ingredients included chili peppers and when I asked our waiter if it was really hot spicy he said not really. However it was a bit on the hot spicy side but ok for me. However if you can not tolerate hot spicy I would recommend staying clear. The portions were very generous and nicely spiced. They arrived at the table and were very hot. Our server, Agim was very attentive and friendly. Thanks for the great service Agim you are an asset to Bellini's. Great Restaurant, Excellent food, Fantastic service and nice atmosphere.

Modern italian design Restaurant. Fresh seafood, meat and vegitarian dishes at its best. Come in and enjoy the art of italian kitchen.
Things started really well here and our food was excellent and our waiter was delightful however half way through the meal something happened. We saw the waiting staff looking really stressed and from then on we had no service. We wanted desert but after waiting 20 mins after our plates had been cleared away we had to ask for the cheque. I hailed the waiter twice, had eyes rolled. I was honestly ready to just leave.I really hate having to wait for desert or to get the bill, it is so tedious. What a shame when a good restaurant falls down on this...and loses revenue through no desert order.

Wanted to eat out side of the hotel restaurant and walked the 200 meters and found this little pearl. Very friendly staff with a good selection of pizzas and other dishes. We ordered wine cooked clams and a prosciutto pizza. They needed some time to prepare but it was well worth to wait. The staff was very alert with out being to annoying. Take cash with you they do not accept any cards.

A colleague chose this restaurant for a team dinner last night - 11 people - and the food was absolutely outstanding. We had shared starters - including lovely scallops, lots of roasted vegetables, bruschetta etc- and then chose our mains. I opted for monkfish and it was beautiful. Many had the pasta and it looked - and smelled - beautiful. One of the best meals I've had in a long time. It wasn't cheap - though I have to say I didn't see the bill - but it was excellent quality and the waiting team were outstanding.

There are both inside and outside tables. There is an extensive menu, friendly staff with English menu available, reasonably priced. Service was prompt, the food was quite tasty, and it was lovely to sit outside. Definitely worth a try. We would come here again if ever in Bremen.

Nearby the hotel this north italian restaurant is situated. I ve got a good recommendation. The place is like a wooden ski chalet but its for big groups, single guests are not so interesting. The staff show it all the time. The dishes are expensive more than the worth,Its tasty but nothing special.
