Maya is not a restaurant but an experimental eatery.Owner/chef Selçuk bey's dinner menu includes up to ten traditional mezes and the main meals,(meat or seafood ) served with home-made wines-including a superb zinfandel. Twenty or so guests could enjoy the convivial atmosphere that you can not find in any other restaurant on Bozcaada.

Located in the only gas station of Bozcaada. Nicely decorated. They serve pizza. Ada pizza is their special and worth trying. Made from herbs specific to island and sun dried tomatoes. Portions are big. One pizza would be enough for 2. Prices around 24 TL for a pizza.
